Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Lo que más me gustó además de la ubicación es que tiene la posibilidad de almorzar y cenar en el mismo hotel.
En general me gustó en todos los aspectos, tal vez algo a mejorar es tener una mayor variedad de productos tanto para el almuerzo y cena.
O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente! Além da ótima localização, conta com um quarto espaçoso e confortável. Possui garagem privativa, onde pude guardar minha moto com segurança. O café da manhã é farto, com boas opções. Uma excelente experiência, com ótimo custo-benefício.

Es un lugar para ir a trabajar, cuenta con todas las comodidades para visitar la ciudad por corto plao.
La ubicación, si bien es innerente al espacio, esta ubicado en un lugar que cambia totalmente en la noche.
Achei ótimo o apartamento
Também existe um restaurante muito bom nas dependências do hotel, o qual serve jantar e café da manhã.
O Hotel ocupa o sexto andar de um prédio, prédio bem."caido", tem poucas informações térreo mostrando que a recepção e o hotel ficam no sexto andar, difícil se localizar.
Também acho que deveriam manter cervejas e vinhos para consumo pelos hóspedes

El hotel muy limpio, la habitación me gustó mucho, con baño privado, bonitas instalaciones. Muy buena relación calidad precio.
Hotel en 6 piso, nunca habia visto. Sin recepcion, apoyo o guia. Nunca recomendare ni volvere
La ubicación.
Baños mas aseados, la recepción no tiene un ingreso apropiado, los asesores uno en buen estado de 3 y con muy mala mantención y presentacion.
