Pros:

Definitivamente la ubicación

Cons:

El hotel es viejo, tiene muchos puntos en contra, sinceramente no volvería a hospedarme aquí;
1. El aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso y justo en la noche es difícil poder dormir
2. En la regadera la presión del agua es intermitente, no puedes darte una ducha fluida
3. En el baño de la alberca, a mi hermana y a mi nos dio toques el interruptor del baño
4. Solicitamos una toalla para la habitación en más de una ocasión, porque éramos 3 personas y siempre tardaban muchísimo o de plano no la llevaban

Necesita mantenimiento
Pros:

La ubicación.
La atención del personal siempre atentos y amables. Jesús en la alberca es muy amable.
El tamaño de la habitación.
La comida y el servicio en el restaurante.

Cons:

La zona de la alberca (alberca, camastros), requiere mantenimiento urgente.
El agua de la alberca estaba turbia.
El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones hace mucho ruido.
La TV tiene el volumen demasiado bajo.
Las toallas de baño requieren cambio, están muy gastadas y percudidas.
Pocos meseros en la zona de la alberca, pasa mucho tiempo para que te atiendan.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas, el servicio de cuarto, las instalaciones, la alberca, el desayunador muy bien.

Cons:

Que le faltaba iluminación al cuarto. Faltaba luces por dónde están las camas. La tele se desprogramaba. Hubo que llamar al de mantenimiento que nos apoyará.

La puerta del baño no servía, y la llave de la regadera estaba floja y el agua salia con intermitencias.
Pedí 2 veces la carta en camastros y me la llevaron una hora después.

Had a great experience with the help of Vicenta.
Pros:

Vicenta was amazing, she helped us move to another room after we had issues sleeping the 1st night due to a screaming baby, she went above and beyond to help us have a great experience, she wished we had let them know right away but we were exhausted and were woken up by the cries after midnight and we just didn’t feel like getting up and packing at that time, her kindness and understanding was amazing, she definitely made our stay memorable, she even walked us to the new room and made sure everything was good, we tried to tip her but she refused saying she was happy to help and a tip was not necessary as it was her duty to make sure we had a pleasant stay, she turned our frown upside down for sure, we are very grateful the hotel had such a great team member.

Que es confortable y la playa esta pegada al hotel.

Cons:

Quiza no parezca importante, pero los portazos que se oyen por tipo de puertas qué tienen. La próxima vez llevare tapones de oídos.
