Where to start???!! The staff is completely disrespectful and flat out rude The very first Night the first room was roach infested and the room I was moved across from was just on fire from electrical issues and my room was engulfed in flames and when I complained they tried to make my dog being there an issue when it say pets welcome

The owner was very judgemental of myself and treated male guests 100 percent better.

Wifi was terrible. TV reception awful. When I asked for someone to look at the TV the curly haired boy from the front desk accused me of breaking the TV. That place is filthy dirty.

They didn’t even restock our room for night two, the bed cover was stained and had others ppls hair on it!! Looked like some blood as well. Very very gross and I had to buy stuff at the store to make it tolerable! It STUNK

They wouldn't let my teenagers stay in the original room since it was I've bed made me purchase a room for them. Wouldn't give us towels the second day and no housekeeping. Only I've key for an entire family. When we moved the yeah can there was car food under it. We were working 16 for days at a festival we just needed to lay our heads down n shower... Very rude! It was cheap, but I've stayed in cheap hotels where they are nice and accommodating.

Everything about the motel. Was not a good experience as last year. The first morning the "small" stand up shower was clogged causing a flood in the bathroom. No water pressure from the shower. Bed was lumpy. Floor felt as if it had a thin layer of slime. 1 bad encounter with staff concerning my parking in the handicap spot when I have a yellow handicap plaquard....will not stay here again

It was beyond dirty there was god knows what on the ceilings, smoke detector was removed but the wires were there. The floor was sticky the hall was like a roller coaster and all you hear is doors and floors creaking. I would have been safer in a truck stop in my van.

Dirt, grime, mold in the bathroom, stuff was peeling the streets were not changed. Smelled like smoke trust the list can go on!

The week 17th to the 24th of June I am not able to reserve that week. For the last 3 months I've been paying every two weeks consistently and I have been told that there's something going on in town and that they are booked. I understand and I see the other hotels are booked for that same week or weekend. My issue is I have a non-smoking room there are other people here who have been here more than months more than months than I have and it seems like no one else is having to leave they are able to reserve their room over and over and over and over again and I am the one that can't do that I don't understand how do you tell a consistent customer who has had no issues at all that they cannot reserve the room and pay like they were help me understand that please. And I even spoke to the manager whoever he is or honor and he's saying there's nothing he can do which there has to be He's the manager understand somebody help me understand that.

I saw a black bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom. It escaped into the floor before I could get it. When I got home, a black bug jumped out of my bag, There were only two pillows and the linen was mismatched and really thin. The shower floor was cracked so badly at first glance it looked like there was hair all over it. The shower door handle was sticky. The hallways reeked of pot. The AC in the hallway by the main desk was falling out of the wall. And I can't recall if it was an ice machine or a vending machine, but the floor rug under it was green with gunk. I could not find an elevator, and the stairwells were just filthy.
