Pros:

I loved the location and the room size. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

Cons:

I didn't like the rusty shower head and sink faucet. I did express that tobthe office. I was assured it would be replaced.

Nos alojamos cinco noches en este hotel y, lamentablemente, la experiencia fue muy negativa. El principal problema no fue que surgiera una incidencia en la habitación —entendemos perfectamente que pueden ocurrir imprevistos—, sino la forma en la que el hotel y, especialmente, la manager gestionaron la situación y nos trataron después.

Al llegar, nos instalamos completamente en la habitación: colocamos nuestras pertenencias en los armarios y en el baño y deshicimos las maletas, ya que íbamos a quedarnos cinco noches. Apenas media hora después, la luz comenzó a dar destellos hasta que finalmente se fundió. Lo más preocupante es que el interruptor empezó a echar chispas, por lo que, evidentemente, se trataba de una situación que podía suponer un riesgo.

Lo comunicamos inmediatamente en recepción y la manager decidió cambiarnos de habitación. Nos trasladaron a otra que tenía nevera y, confiando en que sería nuestra habitación definitiva, compramos comida para preparar los desayunos de los cinco días y la guardamos allí.

Pero al día siguiente nos comunicaron que teníamos que volver a cambiarnos porque, según ellos, el problema de la luz ya estaba solucionado. Les explicamos que nos parecía completamente desproporcionado tener que volver a hacer las maletas, sacar todas nuestras pertenencias y organizarlo todo por tercera vez, especialmente cuando el problema no era responsabilidad nuestra.

Además, la habitación a la que pretendían trasladarnos era prácticamente igual a la anterior y la única diferencia importante era que la que ocupábamos tenía nevera, donde ya habíamos guardado la comida que habíamos comprado para nuestra estancia.

Hasta aquí, podríamos haber entendido la situación. Lo realmente desagradable fue la respuesta de la manager. Su actitud fue altiva, despectiva y muy poco educada. En ningún momento mostró empatía ni intentó buscar una solución razonable.

Not a bad place 5 minutes from the ferry boat at the end of the strip.
Pros:

The location was good. The rooms are clean and the WIFI was excellent. It's close to everything. The locals were friendly.

Cons:

The staff seemed a little disorganized a times. They could catered to us a little more. There were no irons in the room ( a first for us as my wife and have stayed at hotels all over the world). We asked for a mini fridge but couldn't get one . My son lost his sunglasses at the pool and they could have been a little more understanding. Other than that it's not a bad spit on the strip for a short stay.
