Piscina conveniente, habitaciones con AC, ducha con potencia y agua caliente.

Cons:

Nos separaron en dos habitaciones alejadas, en una de ellas había un olor insoportable que salía del AC. La solución que nos dieron fue un ambientador.
El restaurante del hotel es caro.
Llegamos media hora antes y no nos dejaron hacer el check in.

No tuvimos presión de agua en ningún momento, el agua que llegaba a la ducha bajaba por la pared de la poca presión. Lo reportamos el primer día pero no hicieron nada.
La nevera tampoco funcionaba, también la reportamos y no hicieron nada..
El lugar en general olía mal y los ambientadores tampoco funcionaban..
En general no me gustó quedarme en este hotel.. Una de las peores experiencias en hoteles.

What I did enjoy was the island itself—Caye Caulker is truly beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning surroundings. Additionally, the hostel staff were kind and welcoming, which made parts of the stay more pleasant despite the issues experienced at the hotel.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel in Caye Caulker was quite frustrating. From the beginning, there was a clear language barrier, which made communication with the staff very difficult. Unfortunately, their attitude was not understanding and at times even rude, which made the situation worse.

Regarding the food service, it was very poor: the dishes were served cold and on several occasions were incomplete. This, combined with the lack of willingness to resolve issues, made the experience even more uncomfortable.

Traveling with children requires a certain level of support and empathy from the hotel, but in this case, it was the opposite. The lack of cooperation from the staff made the stay especially challenging. I would not recommend it, especially for families.

Couldn't really enjoy the space for the smell of sewage from house close to our accommodations.

Location good, walking distance to water taxi & split.
Restaurants close by for meals.

Cons:

Property too close to unfinished house & cemetery.
Smell of sewage,so spent waking hours away. Bathroom very tiny.
