Gostei do hotel com estilo de pousada e ambiente seguro para quem viaja sozinha.
Pros:

Ambiente limpo, agradável e charmoso. O wifi no quarto estava com sinal fraco, mas o Oscar resolveu rapidamente. O cheiro de produto de limpeza no quarto estava forte, deixei a janela aberta desde a hora que cheguei até a noite, e qd voltei para o quarto já não tinha mais cheiro. As varandas super agradáveis para sentar e curtir o hotel ao ar livre, além da piscina. As moças da limpeza foram muito simpáticas.

Cons:

O funcionário na recepção durante a noite, precisa ser mais simpático.
No ralo da banheira do quarto número 1, onde fiquei, havia muito cabelo, acredito que faz muito tempo que não o limpam!...eca...
Pena que havia sargassum, prejudicando o visual da praia e o acesso ao mar.

Good value, basic accom with pool.
Pros:

Best value accomodation with a pool and a/c.

Cons:

The room needed a bit of a fix up; bathroom door didn't latch, cracked tiles, dripping a/c up unit. Nothing major and not unexpected with the lower price.

We liked the property. I guess if there was anything it would be to have a bigger bed for two to sleep in. But that is minor

Pros:

Piscina conveniente, habitaciones con AC, ducha con potencia y agua caliente.

Cons:

Nos separaron en dos habitaciones alejadas, en una de ellas había un olor insoportable que salía del AC. La solución que nos dieron fue un ambientador.
El restaurante del hotel es caro.
Llegamos media hora antes y no nos dejaron hacer el check in.

Dirty hotel & fun snorkel tour
Pros:

I stayed in one of the dorm rooms here. The facilities like the bathroom are pretty disgusting and old. The door didn’t lock, the toilet toilets, barely flushed, and the floors were always soaked in water and sand. Definitely didn’t feel clean.

I also did a snorkeling tour with them. My guides were Bingey and Chingey. They were definitely Brose friendly and made the tour fun for everybody! However, just beware if you’re a young female, you will probably get hit on.

No tuvimos presión de agua en ningún momento, el agua que llegaba a la ducha bajaba por la pared de la poca presión. Lo reportamos el primer día pero no hicieron nada.
La nevera tampoco funcionaba, también la reportamos y no hicieron nada..
El lugar en general olía mal y los ambientadores tampoco funcionaban..
En general no me gustó quedarme en este hotel.. Una de las peores experiencias en hoteles.

What I did enjoy was the island itself—Caye Caulker is truly beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning surroundings. Additionally, the hostel staff were kind and welcoming, which made parts of the stay more pleasant despite the issues experienced at the hotel.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel in Caye Caulker was quite frustrating. From the beginning, there was a clear language barrier, which made communication with the staff very difficult. Unfortunately, their attitude was not understanding and at times even rude, which made the situation worse.

Regarding the food service, it was very poor: the dishes were served cold and on several occasions were incomplete. This, combined with the lack of willingness to resolve issues, made the experience even more uncomfortable.

Traveling with children requires a certain level of support and empathy from the hotel, but in this case, it was the opposite. The lack of cooperation from the staff made the stay especially challenging. I would not recommend it, especially for families.
