Zentralgelegenes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Klein aber fein. Viele Möglichkeiten vor allem durch die gute Lage am Taksim Platz. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Le descriptif de l'hôtel ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée. Il a été modifié depuis notre séjour.

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier bruyant de bars et discothèques, surtout le samedi soir jusqu'à 5h du matin.

Il était indiqué qu'il y avait une kitchenette avec plaque de cuisson, plancha, cuiseur à riz, épices, vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, ustensiles, congélateur, minibar, serviettes en papier, machine à laver, lessive, coin salon séparé, espace de travail adapté aux ordinateurs, matelas à mémoire de forme, gamme d'oreillers au choix...Mais il n'y avait rien de tout cela.

L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner ni de dîner. La réception est très exiguë, ne permettant pas d'accueillir plus de 5-6 personnes assises.

Nous avons signalé une fuite au lavabo, une clé de coffre-fort incorrecte et l'absence de télécommande TV dès le premier jour, sans résolution. Nous avons dû utiliser de nombreux tapis de bain pour éponger la fuite.
La fenêtre de la chambre était impossible à fermer en raison d'une pièce de métal qui dépassait et a dû rester entrouverte durant tout notre séjour.

Concernant les prises, il n'y avait qu'une seule prise fonctionnelle dans la chambre, obligeant à charger nos appareils à tour de rôle, tandis que la seconde prise était inutilisable car trop dangereuse.

Le positif : l'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une station de métro et de nombreuses lignes de bus. Le personnel est sympathique.

If the staff were not very friendly and helpful, it would be impossible to spend days and nights there. Otherwise this is not hotel and is hostel

The best thing about this hotel is location - if you’re looking to stay in the hotel (facilities etc. are basic) then it wouldn’t be ideal. Staff are very friendly and communication is great. Water provided, room cleaned regularly, warm stay. Only shampoo and body wash provided in terms of toiletries. Tea and coffee also available.

The price was reasonable, their treatment was very appropriate, the services were great, and the place was safe and close to everything in the center

Chiaramente chi poco paga, molto paga…senza acqua per 24 ore, personale giovanissimo, inespertissimo, le foto molto ritoccate messe in Expedia non corrispondono alle testate ingiallite, alle finestre rotte, alle tavolette dei water provvisorie, alla puzza di fumo ovunque. Sei nella via della movida, quindi un grande rumore è normale e devi metterlo in conto fin dall’inizio…

Esperienza davvero pessima. Il posto non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto, scomodissima con le camere arroccate su scalette improbabili, ambienti piccoli bassi e scomodi. Personale poco qualificato alla partenza si sono dimenticati di confermare il taxi per il transfer all'aeroporto....

Window would not shut, meaning the loud street below (clubs, construction, deliveries, and street sweepers) kept us up at night.

The bathroom sink leaked on every use, toilet seat broken, bidet nozzle missing, flush cover hanging off.

Exposed wiring near bedside lamp, and in kitchenette above sink - hazard! Wardrobe drawer hanging off. Dirty sheets and towels on arrival.

Booked a twin room, and reiterated this via text to host who confirmed. Arrived to a double room which had to be changed.

Overall, very disappointed that Expedia would include a hotel like this in their packages. Hotel staff were friendly and no issue with them but we did not get what we paid for from Expedia.

Die Fotos der Unterkunft haben sehr, sehr wenig mit der Wirklichkeit gemeinsam. Die Betten waren uralt und schäbig. Das Badezimmer kaputt und teilweise sehr verschimmelt. Die Unterkunft war extrem laut - bis etwa sechs Uhr morgens hatten wir enormen Lärm. Die Lage hingegen war wenige Meter von der Idtklal - der Einkaufsstraße und der Essensmeile entfernt.

unico neo aver prenotato incautamente una stanza economy con finestra semi murata, senza vista e poca aria dove ti svegliavi la mattina e non sapevi che tempo faceva e sembrava sempre notte.Sicuramente con una stanza migliore sarebbe stato tutto diverso e piacevole.Accoglienza del receptionist del turno di notte top .100/100

My stay here was excellent. The front office staff is friendly and helpful! The housekeeper is amazing! Room is spacious with comfortable beds and dining table. And the rooms are very affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Taksim district of Istanbul. I will be staying here my next visit to Istanbul. 10 out of 10 stay.
