Emplacement parfait pour visiter. Près du tram. Personnel serviable.
La salle de bain, en général. Pas très propre, pas de tablette pour déposer. Pommeau de douche vétuste et impossible de le stabiliser et orienter le jet d'eau. Les joints pourris. Eau qui sort par le dessous de la paroi de douche.

La colazione non è da hotel a 4 stelle, e la camera non era pulitissima al nostro arrivo.

location good, staff friendly.
Booked this hotel because it advertised air-conditioner in room, however there is none. Could not sleep as it was so hot. Reception provided a fan, but still hot. Also booked a double room, I got a tripple room, not very romantic.
L’emplacement
La literie.
Pas de climatisation en plein mois de mai.
La salle de bain très mal entretenue (infiltration d’eau au sol et sur les bâtis de porte en bois qui commencent à s’arracher).
Personnel pas très aimable.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas (certes nous n’étions pas là pour regarder la télé mais bon…)
Et la cerise sur le gâteau…un cafard dans la chambre (on a appelé la réception ils sont juste venus récupérer leur cafard…rien de plus).
Buenos desayunos. Piezas amplias y cómodas.
Excelente ubicación de los lugares turísticos principales con acceso a locomoción colectiva.
Pulizia, cortesia e estrema gentilezza.
Valore aggiunto la posizione centralissima.
Forse solo le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio
