La camera era ampia, pulita e la vista ottima

Cons:

Lo staff ha difficoltà con l’inglese. Inoltre, essendo intollerante al lattosio non ho potuto mangiare molto a colazione, se non pane e miele. Ho fatto presente al personale in sala che ho un’intolleranza al lattosio e tra la confusione generale lo chef mi ha portato un cartone di latte senza lattosio, il secondo giorno mi ha dato una confezione di biscotti senza lattosio già aperta…per un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato più attenzione ai clienti e alle loro necessità. Quando alla reception ho fatto presente che ero intollerante al lattosio e che a colazione non c’era molto per me, mi è stato detto di parlare con lo chef, cosa che avevo già fatto ma senza alcun risultato.
Ci tengo a precisare che c’era anche l’opzione salata ma non sono abituato a mangiare olive e cibo fritto al mattino.

CATASTROPHIQUE

Hôtel à ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT

Cons:

Les WC bouchés et les odeurs qui remontent dans la chambre le premier jour…
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre (avec grande difficulté) et le problème persistait…
Dans l’autre chambre, de l’urine dans les WC (chasse non tirée), le savon ouvert, le papier toilette mouillé et usagé…
Le ménage n’a pas été fait durant notre séjour et les serviettes de douche pas changées (4 jours)…
L’odeur du parfum synthétique de l’hôtel est nauséabonde.
L’insonorisation des chambres est catastrophique.
Le buffet est horrible et de très mauvaise qualité
L’hygiène en général et le personnel irrespectueux et peu professionnel.
Ne pas venir dans cet hôtel vous évitera une mauvaise expérience.
