Alt var perfekt under oppholdet. Personalet var veldig hyggelige, imøtekommende og alltid hjelpsomme. Hotellet var stille og rolig, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra behagelig. Beliggenheten er veldig sentral, med enkel tilgang til butikker, restauranter, kollektivtransport og severdigheter. Jeg er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.
Jeg har ingenting å klage på. Alt var veldig bra.

- aproape de obiectivele principale din Istanbul, curat, mâncare bună și suficientă pt toată lumea, personal amabil.
Piscina cam micuța, una din cele două camere pe care le-am avut nu avea aerisire in baie ( miros de aer închis în baie)
The staff are great in the dining room and in cleaning, but the employee who sits at reception and wears glasses is bad.

Lokacija hotela je super.
U hotelu smo boravili tijekom 6. Mjeseca. klima nije hladila, u sobi je bilo prevruće .Putovali smo s djetetom, i dječji krevetić koji su nam dali bio je slomljen, sklapao se dok je dijete u njemu i nije bilo
U njemu madraca nego su stavili prekrivač ispod djeteta. Jako opasno. Prednost ovom hotelu smo dali zbog bazena, koji naravno nije radio 4 dana od 5 , zbog nekakvog održavanja koje nam nije najavljeno ranije. Radila je dječja kada koja je prljava i jako hladna. Osoblje u welnes zoni je drsko i bezobrazno. Osoblje hotela ne razumije engleski jezik i ne znaju komunicirati. Mislim na konobare u restoranu prvenstveno, a na recepciji čak i znaju nešto engleskog. Doručak je skoro isti svaki dan. Nismo se oduševili. Izgleda da svega ima a ničeg nema.Nema zdravih namirnica,tipa jogurt,zobene,nego pomfri,kroketi i pržena hrana za doručak. Očekivali smo više od hotela koji ima 4*.

Nice location in center of Istanbul. Room is clear but this which made the difference is people. Murat is perfect, always smiling and ready to help you with everything!
What I really liked was the location, which was perfect, and the staff, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
One thing I didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t provide basic bathroom amenities such as a toothbrush holder or other toiletries. The only amenities available were wall-mounted shampoo and body wash dispensers, which made the room feel rather basic.
