Super Lage und toller Ausblick. Ein großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet und durchgehend sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn wir wieder nach Istanbul reisen, ist das Hotel unsere erste Wahl.
Die Bilder von den Speisen im Restaurant sind sicherlich nicht in dem Restaurant aufgenommen worden, wir haben das Restaurant deshalb nicht ausprobiert.
La propreté et le calme
Les horaires de l'espace spa piscine uniquement de 14h à 19h. Le petit déjeuner pas assez de choix en sucré. Le départ tardif n'est pas respecté
Top séjour très bien placé bien propre est luxueux
Location is amazing, you can get to all main attractions in 30 minutes walking range. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
Room is very small, TV is very quiet and it's difficult to breath in Atrium rooms because air flows are limited. As well before the trip we asked if they provide you with bathrobes, they answered yes, but it appears that they don't

The location. The staff in the wellness area was excellent.
The staff is absolutely not friendly. Not helpful. As a wellness hotel, one room came with a bathrobe, we didn't get one in the other room, they said it didn't, which is a lie. It would have.
No cleanliness!
The breakfast is plentiful, but it's really bad, the service is very rude.
L’hôtel est bien placé, le personnel du petit déjeuner est très gentil et souriant en revanche à l’accueil il ne sont pas très serviable de plus il attendent un pourvoir or cela fait 30 min que nous venions d’arriver tout ça car il nous a aider à monter une poussette, pas de room service coupure d’électricité 2x et d’eau 1x en revanche le hall et très propre et sent bon quand on rentre, nous avons eu une très belle vue et le lit bébé a était installé sans supplément!
