Helpful and friendly staff, kept clean. Good location, tram is very close and grand bazar is walking distance. The city view gives you a nice view of the mosque from your window

חדרים גדולים וניקיון מעל ומעבר, צוות נהדר עזר לנו בכול רגע עד שלב העמסת המזודות למונית לכיוון הנמל, תמיד היו נמצאים וזמינים לכל בקשה, גם קאשר בקשתי שינוי הרכב החדרים הפתיעו אותי בחדר עם נוף לים... ממש שירות נהדר
כם בספא, הכול היה נחמד ותענוק לקבל שרות כזה...
לא אהבתי העומס בחדר האוכל בארוחת בוקר, רק בשלב זה הבנתי עד כמה הבית מלון הזה ענק ...
לא אהבתי חוסר ציוד בחרד רחיצה, התרגלנו למצא צמר לסרת איפור ולאוזנים...וכו'

Totul, de la locație, la poziția centrală, aproape de bazar si alte edificii de vizitat, facilități, curățenie, micul dejun f bogat si până la amabilitatea personalului si fresh ul de la intrare😉.
Nu am impresii neplacute de împărtășit.

Location is excellent, close to local amenities and shopping.
Hotel itself is in a really bad state, breakfast is abysmal, and staff at reception are so rude and abrupt. They need to have some training in customer service. Don’t be scammed by the 50% discount that it says online. It’s not even worth half discounted price.

room wasn't clear enough, in the bathroom were not toothbrush and paste, in booking was a photo with view to sea, but in fact any window towards outside, almost all windows looking to each other
