很喜歡一進房間聞到乾淨的榻榻米清香味道，餐廳氣派，一泊二食的餐點也很不錯。
Pros:

餐廳看起來很氣派。
房間的榻榻米散發著清新的氣息。
地鋪睡起來很舒服，而且棉被很彭鬆，很乾淨。
浴衣好看、穿起來舒服。

バスタオルを一人二枚分の不足分を気持ち良く貸し出してく
れ気持ちよく入浴を複数回できた。フロントの対応もよっかた。

いい湯でした。施設は新しくないど。
Pros:

新しくはないが、多彩な浴場で満足した。バイキングは全体として味は良かった。大浴場のサウナは素晴らしいと思う。

Cons:

海鮮丼はいくらは良かったが、具が足りない。刺身に満足感がない。また、器が小さすぎ。1階ロビ-はサービス手抜き過ぎ。すべてお客任せ。新館のエレベーターのフロア別案内が足りない。露天風呂が外からの視線が気になったし、屋根がないところがほしい。

コスパ最高のもう一度行きたいホテル
Pros:

部屋は広く設備は良かったです。食事もバイキングでビーフステーキや海鮮丼を心行くまで食べました。お風呂も広く温泉を満喫出来ました。

Great experience
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and cozy, and the staff was very accomodating, especially in the waterpark area (lagoon)!

Cons:

Unfortunately the onsen on the mens side was under renovation, so it was far from how it looked in the pictures. I assume it will be looking better later

It was just okay. I think I'm not into japanese style tatami rooms.
Pros:

Large windows with views of the river. Breakfast was typical Ryokan buffet and was pretty good, which is average.

Cons:

I have a tattoo and am an obvious foreigner. I was not allowed to use any of the onsen or spa facilities. Obviously this is a Japanese custom, but it is up to the discretion of the hotel as I have used the onsen in many others without issue. There is no mention of these rules on the website at all. I suppose one could just assume that it will apply but you'd like to think they would be more generous to someone who obviously is not part of Japanese customary culture. On top of this they tried to collect the hot spring tax when I checked out. I did not pay as I didn't use it. All this to say if you are not Japanese you might find this hotel a little "stuffy" and old. Other than that, if you're looking for a Japanese Ryokan you'll get that experience for a price higher than you could get something smaller and better. The breakfast might be the saving grace if you like a big morning meal.
