The hotel staff through the kiosk is a incompetent 100%

The hotel staff completely rude working through the kiosk. I booked the room they hold a deposit .and I said well how long will you be holding this deposit for her so you get it back right away tomorrow morning okay so I check out I get the deposit back yeah. They hold it for additional 9 days to let it time out and they do that with every guest even though you stayed there one night a week ago you still haven't got your deposit back. Can you try to talk to them about it on the phone and they just hang up.

Not good won’t stay here again

The price honestly can’t really say much more about the property parking was a little hassle due to someone taking my parking space that was given to me but they where able to change my parking space so that was okay

Cons:

The parking was pretty bad small parking lot and there was no one working in front so wasn’t able to get the extra blanket I called for the phone call was very static couldn’t really hear thru landline. The people above us where partying all night til 5 am me and my wife didn’t get no good sleep nobody was working front office to advise them to keep it down so I didn’t like that at all they need to have someone working front office during nights no acceptable at all paid money to get some good rest for work and didn’t get none of that I was super upset about that and so was my wife
