We had no water at all for the first 36 hours of our stay , hot water only for one day of our 3 day stay & given we were bringing a baby home from the hospital this made things incredibly hard .

There was also no pots / pans / kettle to boil water - I had to ask staff repeatedly .

The water was again shut off completely (no flushing toilets /taps/ showers ) for the last day of our stay so there were no showers etc able to be had before we got on the road .

Cons:

Bathroom shower was not cleaned at all. They charge you $7 for parking in their parking lot.

Probably will not stay again unless it is for a short period of time.
Pros:

The hotel itself was gorgeous. The room was nice and clean and we felt very much at home.

Cons:

For as much money as it cost to stay here, the elevator was down most of the time. There were only two rooms that had one washer and dryer each. One was occupied most of the time and the one on the third floor did not have a cover on it. It cost way too much money to stay here. Do not be able to have a working washer and dryer accessible. You should not have to go to a laundromat when you stay in $1200 a week hotel.

Carpeting was extremely worn and torn in room. Inconvenient to have remodeling going on at time of stay.

Pros:

False advertising. Website shows there is a fitness center. There isn’t. Only antenna TV available. Unnecessary parking fee with no parking service.
