Acogedor y super bien situado al lado de la estación central de tren

Persona super encantadora y helpfull en la recepción
Desayuno muy bien , pequeño buffet bien abastecido
Habitacion muy confortable con vista calle y 2 ventanas grandes
Ojo !! 3er piso sin ascensor

No estoy segura que la limpieza fuera hecha a fondo.
encontré un kleenex debajo de mi almohada, y no era mio...
Pelo en la bonda dl lavabo impidiendo al agua evacuarse bien
Había escogido esta hab x internet alta velocidad pero no había alta velocidad, de hecho me quedé conectada con mis datos, no x wifi hotel

Kurz gesagt: alles ist Renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Eigentlich die zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Gleichzeitig war die zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof auch das schlimmste. Drogenhotspot und Obdachlose direkt vor der Haustür. Heizung im Bad defekt. TV hatte keine Sender. Lampen schief und krumm. Mehrere Kabel lose verlegt. Fotos extrem verschönert. Zimmertür musste man von innen abschließen, damit niemand unbefugt rein kommen kann. Alles hellhörig, dass man das schnarchen vom Nachbarn hören konnte.

Wer Hamburg einmal „echt“ erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Das Personal, insbesondere Birgit, war super nett. Sie hat uns jeden Tag unser Frühstück versüßt und uns viele Tipps gegeben, was man in Hamburg gesehen haben muss. Das Hotel und seine außergewöhnliche Geschichte sind wunderbar für einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt. Ja, es gibt Treppen und keinen Lift, aber das ist kein Geheimnis. Und auch ja, das Hotel liegt im Bahnhofsviertel, aber man hört drinnen nichts und aufgrund der Lage braucht man keinen Fernseher 😅. Für uns war der Aufenthalt ringsum gelungen.
