Patio door lock was broken, water pressure in shower too strong. Room didn’t smell well, staff was helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Lits of hot water and great water pressure on the shower.

We made a request for 2 rooms side by side we were told that everything was ok, but on the day of our arrival, everything was changed. The very hard mattress not comfortable everything and the pillows were terrible.

Place is extremely clean! Table in room was warped and the bed was not comfortable. We were aware of the late night street noise but we weren't prepared for the stores opening the gates early in the morning and the small child that became restless throughout the day (understandably). I would request a higher room our one in the back if i stayed again.

Easy check in with good customer service and close to everything including the beach. Room was clean and AC was cold.

Staff was so rude. Threatened to call the police on us for asking for an extra sheet for the bed. The mattress was stained 10 different colours and was hard as a rock. 10/10 DO NOT recommend staying here.

Great affordable place if you want to be in the middle of the food and shopping district. I enjoyed my stay sitting on the balcony people watching. Food and drink were steps away.

I loved that it had a microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom and shower were great.

The hotel is located in the heart of Isla Mujeres nightlife - The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely stay again

The lobby is hidden behind staircase. Receptionist is quiet and a bit reserved. Service could be more welcoming. Cute balcony but facing towards a restaurant terrace where has live music. It has a nice kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to play Norte you on the street for night and entertainment price is very good no complain you gotta remember this is how do buildings close to the ocean and you know I’m happy come back next year

Downtown Isla is the bar scene. This hotel is located in front of the loudest music bar/restaurant in downtown. Music does not stop until 11:30 at night. We were leaving after a miserable night but they found a room for us in the back of hotel. Staff and housekeeper did their jobs but unless you are there to party all night I would seek out another place to stay.

Perfect location, clean and great price. The room was very spacious and the staff was super friendly, though not everyone speaks fluent english.
There is a rooftop across the street and you do hear it at night so for early birds sleep may be a bit difficult. The bar stops @1am though.
