Very nice and clean, very attending staff

Great location, easy parking, great pool, awesome internet. Breakfast was great.
The staff is very friendly and professional.

Things to improve..
We had a suite with kitchen not a single utensil, pan, glassware, we were exhausted to ask for anything but makes no sense to have nothing.

The breakfast coupon to be collected each morning at the reception makes no sense whatsoever, what a waste of our time. Just give them out at check in.

Excellent for a place to sleep and rest after hitting the waves, would stay here again.

A very nice and quiet place, close to shopping. Nice staff.

Great time in the pool

We stay here often for one night stays. We’re expats living in Mexico and our home is not close to town. We stay for shopping trips or prior to airport departures. The hotel is basic by international standards, however, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The self parking is great, many good walkable restaurants and stores. Downside is no elevators with three stories. Pool is nice, great little restaurant for included breakfast.

To be honest....very convinience and walking distance to restaurants a d supermarket.

We booked a room with kitchen and refrigerator. We were given room 508 which only had a mini fridge. We could hardly fit a few bottles of water. The space for the full size fridge was empty just vacant space. The kitchen had nothing! No plates no utensils no glasses. We had to beg for two plates two forks and and two cereal bowls and had to buy knives and a frying pan from Walmart. The towels were so dirty , again I had to go buy from Walmart. Big mistake to choose this place. The only one that ever smiled was the cleaning lady every one else hardly showed any interest or cared. The so called breakfast is awful except for the coffee. Same overcooked scrambled eggs served cold, a bowl of granola with 3-4 tablespoons in it. There is massive construction and noise and dust a few meters away from the pool. Never had such a bad experience and we come to Baja a lot.

This property was perfect for us as we love to walk around the local shops. Close enough to groceries as well. Front desk staff are also wonderful and friendly.

In general terms the hotel is nice, fulfills needs and has a good location.

Front desk are young and needs training to learn and understand how to treat, deal and offer solutions in a professional and respectful way with costumers.

Cleaning ladies made the difference. Always helpful and doing her job great.

Restaurant offers a good quality and abundant breakfast. Every dish was tasty and well executed.

Rooms could be better if furnitures are renewed soon.
The hinge of our window was broken so we didn’t tried to open it a second time.

Flat screen has good size and it’s a recent model. Good conectivity.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great king mattress, great air conditioner (quiet), plus a kitchenette. This hotel is where the hotel zone begins and across the street from a huge grocery store that includes a food court.

This hotel was possible the worst customer service I have seen. First, housekeeping only showed up 3/9 days we were there. When they did come, it was at 5pm.
The hotel staff was abrupt and borderline rude.
The beds were saggy and uncomfortable.
The pool was closed and we were not informed until we checked in. No compensation was offered and we had to spend $200 to use another hotel’s facilities. The pool finally opened the day we were leaving so we were not able to use it.
The laundry facilities were unavailable most of the time.
Overall these little things could have been addressed but there was no communication and we felt the need to spend more money for things the hotel should have offered.

We really enjoyed the breakfast included with the room. It had nice traditional Mexican options as well as pancakes etc. We were a bit dissatisfied that there was nothing in the kitchenette to cook or eat with. Seemed pointless to have paid extra for the kitchenette if we could not even use it but there were many dining options nearby. The pool was also being redone when we were there and we weren't made aware of this at the time of booking and was one main reason for us booking there but I think that's not the fault of the hotel to tell us as we had booked through Expedia. Plus side is that they will now have a beautiful new pool. So if travelling soon call ahead to make sure it's completed if you want a pool. We would definitely stay here again. We chose this location/hotel for the secure parking and easy to find from the airport after dark. Staying downtown the parking can be more challenging and the streets a bit more confusing after dark.

pool was being repaired 3/14 to 3/31; hot water leaked into my room

The staffs here are very nice and friendly especially the house keeping manager Rosalba. She is smiles all the time, kind and very helpful with her team members. The hotel manager Emilio is very helpful too. If we need help, he's happy to help us solve the problem. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very good value for the cost. Location is very convent. Rosa and cleaning staff were awesome.
