In my stay I always find my room very clean. The service here is extremely good and Rey and Meganne do a very damn job here.Service here is always good and on point.Thats why I always stay here I’m very comfortable here.

WiFi did not work at all and they charge for parking which was not disclosed at time of reservation

Really enjoyed our stay. will be staying here again.

Only different is paying parking first time since 2024 never pay free.now pay2025

The clerk was very friendly. Our hotel room furniture ( couch had corner bitten off, side of the desk was bitten off. bathroom tile was loose and under the bed we noticed paper scraps and a bitten apple. The pool was dirty. The elevator had urine maybe from a pet. I could not believe my eyes and I regret the hotel we checked into.

Meganne was amazing at checking us in and just overall so friendly. Staff interaction was great. However, we found the AC in our room was either way too cold at 65-68 or kind of humid and stuffy from 70-74…couldn’t find and happy medium. Our toilet would only flush every other use and the morning of check out found a dead roach the desk. Really wanted to like this place, but we most likely will not be coming back.

Our family trip was pretty smooth staying there was great . The best beds I’ve slept on in a long time !!!! Breakfast was ahhh ok I guess. The pool was nice my kids loved it . Plenty of restaurants near by and close to the beach . I would definitely book this place again

We stay here a lot. Morgan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in showing me how to use the Marriot Bonvoy app which allows you to check in & issues you keyless entry on the app! This hotel is best priced spot in the area with comfy beds & breakfast included near the island. They also offer a Military rate! The rooms each have full kitchens and comfy beds. This time we stayed in room 223 which had 2 queen beds. The main bed was super comfortable but the second bed, not so much. It make a weird nose when ever we sat on it. It felt foamy, similar to an air mattress. we all slept on the same bed. I'm not quite sure what that was all about. Also, the light our bathroom was wired to trigger on the LOUD air vent. This made it hard to be discreet in the night or forced us to go pee in the dark. It also didn't help my headache. I couldn't do my make up in the restroom without the noise blaring in the background...ouch. Other than that, breakfast is yummy & the staff is quick to replenish any food, drinks or condiments that run out. They have a lot of options to choose from: cereal, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, milk, juice, non dairy milk, coffee, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit & waffles. The maker is a hit but the line can get lengthy, especially when people are making more than one. The hotel should invest in a couple more waffle stations. We will still most definitely will return. I will just request not to be put in room 223.

Comfy bed, quiet rooms. Overall nice stay. The only downer for me was the coffee for breakfast was terrible.

Gross hotel room- never again. Barely cleaned and we found dishes with old food, women's hair balls every where, old moldy food besides the bed, stained sheets and just much more. Room service only available if you stay 3 nights.
At least the staff was friendly enough.

Easy on off to the freeway but access still under construction. Staff was tremendous.

Not enough towels 1st day, next day no clean towels available, stayed six days and never came in to clean our room. Breakfast was ok, room too small for 3 people.

The shower water was turned off at night.

There was water damage all over the room and property. The curtains were water stained. I was provided towels that still had hairs on them. The staff was very friendly and helpful however.

The room and service was absolutely amazing. My problem with my stay was the breakfast. Makes me wonder if the staff and managers have ever tasted their own food.
