Pros:

Great location and in proximity of great restaurants in Makati. The room was great value and space. It was exceptionally clean and having a pool and gym accessible was a great bonus for us.

Pros:

As long-term guests at Citadines Salcedo Makati, we always look forward to coming back because of the wonderful team. We would like to commend Meljo, Nicole, Kristine, Russel, Gab, Jillian, Christian, Kari, Ricky, Robert, Leroy, and JM for their excellent service.

Their teamwork is truly amazing. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which makes every stay smooth and comfortable for us.

Value for Money, walking distance to Makati Greenbelt/Glorietta, staff are very nice and helpful
Pros:

The size of the room, the cleanliness, value for money, good breakfast, staff are very helpful. We even have free water in our hotel room. The location is just walking distance to Makati city cerntre like Glorietta/Greenbelt. There is a lot of fast food chains near Citadines.

Stellar staff and a super location easily overshadow the busy breakfast and slow internet
Pros:

Absolutely perfect stay! The location in Salcedo Village is incredibly convenient, putting you right in the heart of Makati with everything you need nearby. But what really made this stay a 10/10 was the staff. They are truly exceptional and go far above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Their hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Manila!

Cons:

The WiFi is on the slower side (only 20 Mbps), which isn't great if you need high speeds. Also, the breakfast restaurant is quite small and gets so crowded during the morning rush that I actually had to share a table with other guests just to have a place to sit.

Perfect city stay!
Pros:

Just about everything. Ideal location for us. And the swimming pool was a welcome bonus!

Cons:

There was some confusion about breakfast. It stated breakfast was included but the detail wasn’t explained so resulting in us buying breakfast on the first day. But to be fair to the team, they quickly resolved this.

The room was spacious and came with a small, fully equipped kitchen – very convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely customer-oriented, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant Manifesto located downstairs. It was fine overall; the breakfast buffet deserves a solid 3/5 in my opinion.

The location is a big highlight – I would rate it 9/10. Right in the heart of Makati, with a Starbucks just around the corner and a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Very practical and central.
