I'd like a refund and never again unless the place was thoroughly cleaned.

the floors were absolutely disgusting and dirty. the room smelled of pine sol so bad that it burned my throat. I couldn't have another room. rat traps by the doors aren't a big turn on.

One of the best hotel stays that I've had in a long time.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had coffee available 24 hours a day and had items available for sale in the lobby, like personal hygiene products, snacks, and novelty items. The fitness center was very clean and convenient.

Cons:

It was a little bit outside of the main part of town but this wasn't a real big deal. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

Rooms smelled like wet dog and floors turned your feet black. Had 2 13 month old twins and couldn't let them play and we traveled far in a car so I was very mad. One of the grosses place I ever stayed

A good place to take a rest on the way to a destination or while doing local activities.
Pros:

Location was very convenient. Pets were welcome.

Cons:

Hotel was a little rundown. Outer doors that didn't lock might be distressing for some customers. Food options in the later evening were extremely limited. More options available in the hotel would be nice. Also, no elevator, so be sure to ask for first floor if hauling your bags up and down the stairs would be a problem.

Quiet, comfortable rooms. Lousy breakfast options.
Pros:

The breakfast was not good, nor was the tiny room it is offered in. All the bread products were white, the eggs were not freshly scrambled and all the yogurt offerings has artificial sweeteners. The waffle station really gummed up the works. Sorry, we had a hard time finding anything remotely appetizing.
