Kahvaltıya zayıf demek zayıf kelimesine hakaret olur, o derece hiçbir şey yok. Tatsız tuzsuz omlet, patates, granola ile doyabiliyorsanız buyrun gelin.

Cons:

We booked a double queen with a sofa pull out as there were 6 people in our group. The front desk checked us in. We got up to our room and it was a single queen with a pull out. 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. when the front desk was contacted, we were told that they determine who gets what rooms...even though I restated we were a party of 6 and that's why we booked. We could not change hotels as there were tornado warnings everywhere. Very disappointing!!!

Great Stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Bloomington and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting.

While there were a couple of minor issues—the TV needed to be fixed on the first day, and the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the room cool—the staff responded promptly and did their best to address the concerns.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.
