Charged by mistake and no solution
Pros:

Cons:

By mistake, they charged me sodas from the convenience store at the lobby. They did not solve this simole issue at check out, and now I have to waste my time over the phone and email to fix that. Staff not helpful at all.

Very crowded, overbooked and gave our room away, not worth the money
Cons:

When we arrived we were told our room was given give. To someone else and they no longer had two queen rooms. We had to sleep 5 people in one queen bed and a pull out couch, on top of that we paid easily double the amount for this reservation compared to our normal al price for hotel stays. I was told they would contact management about some sort of reimbursement but I never received a call or reimbursement. The chlorine in the pool was extremely high, the kids eyes were burning and they were coughing horribly due to the chemicals. It was a very busy weekend, I understand that, but the lack of effort to compensate on our room due to overbooking is what I didn’t like about the property. I even reached out via email and no one ever responded.

Good experience fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Everything that was available was great. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel. Parking on site was fantastic and very convenient for the location.

Cons:

Pool was out of commission, not too big of a deal but worth mentioning. Also really don’t like metropolis parking, but the fee was pretty reasonable.

Room was damp to the point of clothes becoming damp. Smoke detector light flashed every 10 seconds. Room service came in when we were told nobody would come in until 3rd night. Front desk service was not helpful and barely made eye contact. Breakfast on July 4th served stale pancakes, possibly a day old. No pancakes would have been better than serving stale pancakes.

Took my 4 year old twins for a family weekend. The room was a great size and very clean.
Pros:

Location was great and the huge selection for Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Pool area could have been cleaner and 1 elevator was having issues closing the door from the garage area for a while
