The staff failed to tell us at check in that the housekeeper only cleans every 3rd day and bring that we only stayed 3 nights we wouldn’t get out room cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know that we are out of towels and tissues and he was extremely rude with an attitude and told me that I would need to come down to the lobby to pick up towels.
The breakfast wasn’t great. Food was cold. No pastries. Coffee wasn’t hot. Coffee cups and lids needed to be refilled. The AC didn’t work well. In the middle of the night we all woke up sweating. There was something very wrong with the AC unit

Wrong room (paid for one with 2 queen beds and we got one that was only one bed).
Poor water pressure in the bathroom.
Parking garage didn’t work (it kept trapping us and others in the parking garage).
Flashing ceiling strobe light all night kept us up.

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Pros:

Great location. Updated gym. Easy check in.

Cons:

I understand the hotel is in the heart of Blooming but it’s Bloomington not NYC or Chicago. I daily parking fee is high for a limited size garage approximately 50% of which isn’t covered. As you may have guessed it rained during our stay so we walked in the rain to get to our car.

Pros:

The room size and hot water.

Cons:

Most amenities were unavailable, it was not that clean, the staff at night were rude, it was not comfortable, the breakfast made 2 people sick, there was a continual flash of light at night in the room that was very bright, the wifi was slower than it should have been, and there were drunks all over the place.

It was great if you don't mind the no privacy part in your room.
Pros:

The Breakfast was fantastic. Lots to choose from. Very good. The location is great. Right in the middle of everything.

Cons:

The frosted bathroom door has no sound barrier whatsoever. The clear shower doors don't allow for anyone else to come in the bathroom while showering. Also the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Between that and the doors, there's no privacy AT ALL. It's embarrassing even though I'm rooming with my family.

Tuvimos una experiencia nefasta en este hotel. Para empezar, nos realizaron cargos erróneos en la tarjeta y, al intentar aclarar la situación, el recepcionista fue extremadamente grosero, llegando a decir que "no era su incumbencia" en lugar de buscar una solución. La falta de educación y de vocación de servicio fue constante. Además, las llaves de la habitación fallaron repetidamente y nunca lo solucionaron de forma efectiva. El desayuno es muy pobre, con escasa variedad. No ayudan, no resuelven y no tienen educación.

Great room in prime location.
Pros:

Every staff member we encountered was great. Front desk answered all my questions. The location is prime. Around food places and close to campus. Love the room layout with couch.

Cons:

Refills at breakfast could have been better. We did go at the later end items were gone.
