Pros:

Shane, the concierge staff member “, was extremely sweet and informative. All the front staff was actually. Good hiring!

Cons:

One 5 lb Weight was missing otherwise gym very nice

Location to downtown

Cons:

I was double charged for my room and was told that it was my fault for using Booking.com. No one on site could help resolve the issue and no one has responded to me via the email that I was given.

Lovely time there, would recommend for any stay in Bloomington
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I think the breakfast offering was lackluster, or maybe it’s just my experience from my breakfast buffet in European hotels, where the choice was so diverse

Cons:

Breakfast time on Sundays is until 10:00 am, but the buffet was not fully replenished at 9:30 am. The hot breakfast food was good, though. Thank you!

Over all my stay was comfortable/ Parking garage was very nice and convenient-

Great, the place is comfy but the place could be more clean
Pros:

The place looked great, loved the lights and the roo. Personal was amazing and very polite.

Cons:

There were some stains in the bathub, not really visible but made the use of the bathroom a bit unconfortable. Also the pillows were not very confy and I had no many options (e.g. soft, middle. Hard, very hard). Most of them were soft cushions.
