I won’t ever be going back
Cons:

First off it was way too expensive for a small 1 bed room, we also had to pay for parking there wasn’t a continental breakfast and the TV didn’t work. Lastly there was someone above us that was pounding on the floor for almost 2hrs. I called the front desk and nothing ever happened. I will not be staying at your hotel ever again.

Welcoming, friendly staff and clean and spacious room!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like part of the family. The lady at the front desk greeted us with such genuine enthusiasm, she kindly upgraded our room and gave us water and some chocolates. She was so friendly with my 3 year old son, and even gifted him a cuddly buffalo toy which was a really thoughtful gesture which meant a lot. Our room was excellent: large, clean and very modern. There were 2 separate TVs which is ideal when travelling with a toddler! The beds were large and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the toiletries were lovely with eucalyptus and lavender - it felt like a spa! The bar serves Starbucks coffee which is a nice touch! Very impressed with this hotel and would certainly recommend if staying in this area.

disappointing, but great location and with a few tweaks in the right places v
Pros:

The breakfast was almost non existent. It was Christmas morning.

Cons:

Full sized small fridge. Front desk staff that wanted to be guest friendly , walkway ramps instead of steps at entrances, elevators that could clearly be seen from line of sight when pushing external keys and so forth.

Pros:

Front desk lady named Hailey was very lovely and accommodating, however other front desk worker Keith seemed very short with me and seemed to get aggravated at my questions of the surrounding area overall very nice stay if you speak with the ladies
