freundliches Personal, Zimmer war ruhig, Lage des Hotels und des Thermalbades ist schön, eigener Parkhaus-Parkplatz, Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig

Für Hotelgäste kein kostenloser Eintritt ins Bad oder wenigstens ein deutlich reduzierter Preis, Hotelgäste müssen für ein Eintritt den gleichen Preis bezahlen wie Tagesgäste, Preis Leistung im Restaurant war nicht gut, kleine Portionen - hoher Preis, Bett war vom Komfort her eine absolute Katastrophe, statt ein normales Doppelbett hatte es ein Bettsofa, welches sehr unbequem war.

Le service du restaurant, les bains et le cadre

Nous avions pourtant pris la peine d’appeler avant notre arrivée pour demander s’il était possible d’avancer légèrement l’heure du check-in, voyageant avec trois enfants de moins de 3 ans. On nous répond qu’ils feront leur possible. Résultat : nous attendons jusqu’à 15h00 parce que la réception n’arrive pas à joindre le personnel de ménage pour savoir si les chambres sont prêtes. Une organisation étonnante pour un établissement de cette taille.

La suite est à l’image de cette première impression : informations contradictoires concernant les chambres, personnel peu concerné, et infrastructures loin d’être adaptées aux familles. Les poussettes ne sont pas admises dans les bains et l’accès à l’aire de jeux se fait par un chemin encombré de tuyaux et de matériel laissé à l’abandon.

Le studio à 140 CHF la nuit mérite également d’être mentionné : pas de véritable lit, mais un vieux canapé-lit grinçant, déformé et inconfortable. Les draps et certaines serviettes étaient tachés.

Les bassins, pourtant annoncés à certaines températures, nous ont semblé pour plusieurs d’entre eux nettement plus froids que prévu.

Mais ce qui résume le mieux l’état d’esprit de l’établissement, c’est l’incident du peignoir.

Ma fille de 17 mois a accidentellement fait tomber mon peignoir dans les douches. Je me rends donc à la réception pour demander simplement un échange. Au lieu d’un “pas de souci”, on m’explique d’abord que je pourrais devoir le payer. Oui, payer un peignoir parce qu’un bébé l’a fait tomber par terre dans un espace humide. Puis, lorsque l’échange est finalement accepté, on me somme pratiquement de le prendre immédiatement alors que nous étions en train de sortir nous promener.

Ce n’est évidemment pas le peignoir qui pose problème. C’est ce que cette situation révèle : une absence totale de sens du service, de souplesse et d’attention envers la clientèle. Dans un hôtel familial, ce genre de demande devrait être réglé en trente secondes avec le sourire.
