The staff were kind, helpful, and resourceful

Cons:

The microwave didn't work that great, and it smelled like dog a little bit, so I felt it could have been cleaned a little better, So I would recommend utilizing a pet neutralizing cleaner, or freshener of some sort as I do understand that it is a pet friendly establishment, and that is perfectly ok I just feel like it would have helped neutralize the scent for the next guest that may not have a pet, or pet allergies

Horrible stay
Pros:

Can't think of a thing

Cons:

Room had a musty smoke like odor
Floors were squeaky
The toilet leaked all over the floor in bathroom
The bathtub was hideous
There was no breakfast offered
People were loudly talking outside their front doors...

My stay here was very poor and uncomfortable

It was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes/weed. There were bugs, I couldn’t sleep without spraying bugs spray.
