Reed up top
Pros:

Way too many people riding in the halls banging all night long can’t get no sleep. The toilet messed up and then the fan thing wasn’t working properly so it was $96 and some change for one night just to have a refrigerator in a room which is every room should have one it went up to 113 with some change absolutely absurd you have nothing but people on drugs there people hanging out all outside all hours of the night. It’s a slum place. It’s ghetto and it’s not even good for the price.

Not Happy
Pros:

Location was good, staff was helpful and nice, room was clean.

Cons:

The smell of cat urine in the hallway and stairwell, dogs barking, no mini fridge or microwave in room. I think people with pets should be put on the same floor and people without should be on a different floor. No heat. Room was 58F and was told there was no heat this time of year! I was freezing and had to sleep in my jacket.

Poor amenities, bad odour
Pros:

The location was decent and the staff were pretty helpful and nice. The price was low too.

Cons:

The hallway and room had a bad, musty odour. The room walls had scratches and random missed paint spots. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room. It was barely clean enough but overall, it wasn't a good experience.

Excellent room, not so much for the rest.
Pros:

The room itself was clean; all lights worked, and the TV was fine (remote buttons were not fully functional), but overall, the room was fine.

Cons:

The hallways were not cleaned, and had a bit of a dirty smell. The elevator also looked rundown. There were some people hanging out in the parking lot (not sure if they were guests), but they seemed to be just loitering. So, I think next time I visit Portsmouth, I'll stay elsewhere.

Completely awful
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable but

Cons:

There was no microwave fridge or coffee maker. The bathroom toilet kept clogging more than 4 times. Was told this was normal.
