The works which are the noisiest are conducted between 10:00-17:00.When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

To mój drugi pobyt w hotelu Lord, oceniam tak samo dobrze jak poprzedni. Wyposażenie pokoju zgodne z opisem, wygodne szafki, czysto, bardzo dobrze wyciszony pokój - brak hałasu mimo bliskości dużych alei i lotniska Okęcie. Obsługa recepcji uprzejma. Doskonała lokalizacja do wizyt na Służewcu, Mokotowie czy w okolicach Okęcia.

Cena nieadekwatna do jakości.
Pros:

Pokój czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne. W pokoju znajduje się czajnik oraz zestaw kawa/herbata/woda, co jest dużym plusem. Na korytarzu dostępne jest pomieszczenie do prasowania z żelazkiem i deską.

Restauracja była miłym zaskoczeniem – bardzo dobry wybór dań, kucharz to prawdziwy profesjonalista, a kelnerka niezwykle sympatyczna i doskonale zna swoją pracę.

Cons:

1. Niestety, sauna była dużym rozczarowaniem. Za 60 zł za godzinę otrzymaliśmy zimne pomieszczenie, nienagrzaną saunę i lodowatą wodę pod prysznicem.

Rezerwacja została dokonana 5 godzin wcześniej, więc był czas na przygotowanie wszystkiego. Reakcja recepcji była nieprofesjonalna, nie zaproponowano żadnej rekompensaty .
