Cheap, serviceable, clean, good staff.
Pros:

It was definitely a clean room. I didn't stay long, it was just a place to sleep while visiting, but everything was clean and organized. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have as well.

Cons:

Platform bed was a bit odd, but serviceable. The area and some of the people around were a bit suspicious. Nothing happened, everyone was fine, but if you're just a suburbanite, this is definitely more of a city vibe.

Close to ORD, clean but thin walls
Pros:

Close to ORD so it was perfect for me since I landed late in the night and was happy I dint have to commute too long to get some rest. Check in was smooth, friendly staff

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin. I ended up waking up early next morning because the I could hear the folks next door trying to check out. This did make my rest feel a little incomplete.

The overall quality of the hotel relative to the price. I’ve stayed at many hotels here in the USA—across all categories—and whenever I write a review, one thing I always highlight is the warmth of the staff. Here I met Cedric; wow, he makes you feel important and takes such great care of you. He greets you and asks how your day went—that’s the kind of thing missing from so many hotels in my beautiful America. Cedric, congratulations.
