Cama com colchão cheio de ácaros que não consegui dormir e a funcionária Lidiane me enrolou pra me ajudar.banheiro o box está com vazamento alagando todo chão reforma mau feita .carrinho que carrega as malas com rodas dura e faz um barulho horrível,pra economizar em compra rodas melhores num hotel tão elegante.voltaria sim porém vou procurar outra opção pois minha estadia foi experiência mediana.

impossível comunicar com o hotel. telefones do site não atendem. os telefones aqui do booking não atendem. enviei mensagem não responderam. a água dos chuveiros é totalmente gelada e não resolveram.

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários sempre atenciosos e prestativos.
Café da manhã com muitas opções, piscina maravilhosa, a paisagem e deslumbrante, o restaurante no almoço quem quiser pode comprar sem medo pq a comida é perfeita, optamos pelo meia pensão, confesso que não estava confiante, porém fui surpreendido a comida e muito boa cheia de opções, variedades tem sobremesa opções de carnes e saladas.
Muito bom mesmo parabéns espero poder voltar em breve
