Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' with a noise curfew that operates from 21:30 onwards to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.

Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Great family apartment with a short drive to everything Byron Bay has to offer.
Pros:

Perfect for families. Kids loved the pool. Clean and tidy and was well equipped. A short walk to a beautiful beach where we watched dolphins play in the waves.

Cons:

A bit dated.

Pros:

Easy to find, undercover car parking was fantastic and very spacious apartments. Loved the pool and spa, and used the gym, tennis courts and the games room - great facilities! Clean and tidy and really enjoyable stay. Great response time and very friendly staff.

Fantastic Place. Highly Recommend

Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay.
One of the cleanest places we've stayed at.
Karen and Gerard were lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

Walk to the beach is a bit far. Need to have a car to get around to shops etc.
