It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' with a noise curfew that operates from 21:30 onwards to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.

Great family apartment with a short drive to everything Byron Bay has to offer.
Pros:

Perfect for families. Kids loved the pool. Clean and tidy and was well equipped. A short walk to a beautiful beach where we watched dolphins play in the waves.

Cons:

A bit dated.

Pros:

Easy to find, undercover car parking was fantastic and very spacious apartments. Loved the pool and spa, and used the gym, tennis courts and the games room - great facilities! Clean and tidy and really enjoyable stay. Great response time and very friendly staff.

Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay.
One of the cleanest places we've stayed at.
Karen and Gerard were lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

Walk to the beach is a bit far. Need to have a car to get around to shops etc.

Loved it and will be back !
Pros:

We stayed in Apartment 11 in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and super quiet . This property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday . The pool was just amazing and also the tennis court was used lots of times. Oasis is true to its name as it’s spot on for this location , it’s exactly what it is and we weren’t disappointed . Quite from the main stripe of Byron bay, not a long drive either . Our first time in Byron Bay and will be back. Check-in and out was very efficient and easy for after hours .

Lorikeet needs a good clean or a renovation!

The location was good.

Cons:

The Lorikeet Tree Top House is very dated. The furniture is old and has seen better days. The kitchen was NOT clean and it there was visible fatty residue all over the worktops. When I wiped the surfaces the kitchen paper was yellow and brown! The kitchen utensils were also not clean and several coffee cups had coffee rings in them. The kitchen is also very cluttered with utensils that belongs in a bin. The large wooden chopping board was filthy. Several of the window blinds weren’t working properly. The air conditioning system upstairs works when it wants to! The small bathroom smelled! Generally the decor and the overall feel was tired, dirty and very dated! Did not like it at all!
