Hotel nightmare.
Pros:

That's Just there was nothing to like about this place.If you look at some of the riff raff and the drug , the addicts and the drug dealers hanging in this place , wow

Cons:

No toilet paper bathroom door was broke. The floors were, oh, my God, I don't even know what you call you, got people up all night. This is not a place I would recommend. It was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. There's no iron, there's no dryer. There's no microwave. The refrigerator sitting in the floor this place is a no go.

Une seule nuit et c’était une catastrophe.
Pros:

Rien, établissement nul, ça devrait être démoli. Les photos n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, c’est un trou à rats. C’est incroyable que ce soit ouvert pour faire dormir des gens.

Cons:

Ce n’est même pas un établissement, c’est un motel miteux qui ne devrait pas être sur vos plateformes. C’est une honte.

Unexpected Deposits, Poor Communication, and False Advertising
Pros:

To improve the guest experience, it would help if all important information was provided before arrival. We should have been informed in advance that two separate security deposits would be charged, as this came as a complete surprise.

It would also have been helpful if the receptionist had informed us that the deposits could only be refunded between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. We specifically asked about the opening hours because we were leaving early, but this important information was never mentioned, which meant we lost our deposits.

The Agoda listing should also be updated to accurately reflect the property. The photos do not match the current condition of the rooms, the airport shuttle mentioned in the advertisement was never explained or offered, and we were not given any information about the Wi-Fi. Finally, it would be fair to mention the high level of noise around the property, so guests know what to expect before booking.

Better communication, more transparency, and an accurate description of the hotel would make a significant difference for future guests.
