Terrible, unsanitary, smells like cigarettes everywhere
Cons:

The entire place smelled like cigarettes. In fact my “non smoking” room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The room and the sheets were dirty. The bath towel was the size of a hand towel AND they smell like smoke.

The room next to us was EXCEPTIONALLY loud starting to party at 9 pm and then with a domestic fight until past 3 am. I asked downstairs if they could do something about it. They called the neighboring room. The neighbors continued to fight and then raised the volume of their TV to the maximum (at 3:30ish am!!!). I complained to the front desk again and they said they would kick that family out in the morning (I needed to sleep that night before driving). Overall, terrible experience.

Price was good ,
Pros:

The location was great , right off the highway.
Didn't get breakfast

Cons:

The towels were very thin and small . Had to use two towels just to get halfway dry.
They really need to upgrade the very thin so called blanket it was more of a sheet than anything.

Pros:

Location was close to the field for a tournament i played in

Cons:

Came back to the room to find the bathroom light had blown and as there were no rooms available we has to use flashlights. No one was available maintenance wise. The staff at the front desk stated I would get a 50% refund due to thia inconvenience. One has yet to be processed. I had two young children with me so this was definitely a hardship

Beware, pay a little more to go somewhere else

Cons:

The cigarette smell was so bad that I couldn't sleep. The front desk guy was rude. The hotel is run down, old carpet in the hall that looks gross, the bed is firm, everything in the front of the hotel is locked down so no access to kitchen facilities.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Killed 4 cockroaches as soon as we opened the door to the room.
We booked a non-smoking room but it was clearly a smoking room (smell and the presence of an ashtray).

Pros:

I asked for a handicap room and was told they were all taken. The front desk clerk then made a phone call and a room was found. I was very pleased with her initiative and the room was lovely. Roomy enough for my wheelchair and nice handicap shower.

Cons:

The floor was sticky. Perhaps from the wrong cleaning product.

It was Quiet and Fun
Pros:

Had very comfortable bed Micro and refrigerator served coffee/tea in A.M.

Cons:

Lobby Hallway had a funky smell, No elevator for disabled needed to carry our suitcases upstairs.

The room was clean but we couldn’t escape the smell of the hallway.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The hallway smelled so bad of cat pee, weed,and cigarette smoke. The carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere.
My husband also had a fall in the shower where I had to call the paramedics to help him, and we did not hear one word from the management or any of the staff to see how he was doing.
