The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were dirty, the parking lot was not secure. We could not stay and I have yet to receive my promised refund.

Room was pretty big and clean, bed comfortable, very clean linens , bathroom clean too.
Outside the room was bed smell, in the hall and everywhere outside the room. When you close the room door its pretty good . Big space with perfect air condition and fridge. If i need in future i could stay there again.

Right off the highway, very easy. Plenty of restaurants around. 10 minutes from a Walmart.
Needs "updating" e.g., carpeting has stains and tears. Vomit smell in hallway downstairs. Cigarette smoke smell on 2nd floor. Urine smell in stairway going from 1st to 2nd floor. Key Cards kept losing their programming requiring a trip to front desk to get it reprogrammed. Broken shelf in bathroom reported on 1st day of stay ... never repaired. No housekeeping by default - needs to be requested for each day. No coat-hangers in room

There’s one person there that is rude other then that perfect
Easy access off the highway. Bed was small but comfortable if you had it all to yourself.
Smoke in the corridor. No elevator, short bed (only 6 foot!).No shampoo or tissues. Dogs barking..
The room wasn’t completely clean
Still hair in the shower and smelled like smoke
It was very close to our location of the wedding venue.
The cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the front desk staff!
The toilet kept getting clogged the drainage/suction was weak!
