This hotel was rude to me at the check in.They took a $100 deposit upon check in. It has been 4 days and I still have not received my deposit back.i would like someone f from this company to reach out and tell them to give my deposit back please.

Basic but good value
Pros:

Location is ideal, just a short bus ride (A bus) from the centre. Good value for money and decent breakfast.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the halls and room. The room was basic but had everything you need for a short, convenient stay.

Quick check in and out. Decent price. Room was clean.

Cons:

Unpleasant smells in the halls, lots of hotel guests seemed to be laying in the hallways which felt quite uncomfortable for 2 females traveling together.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Fairly clean, staff made an effort to fix issues. Decent drive to venue I was attending. Close to shops.

Cons:

Problems with rodent and possibly bed bug infestations. Not the greatest area, questionable characters roaming around.

Dirty conditions and AC was not cooling
Pros:

I liked the location and price.

Cons:

Well when we got there the floors were dirty and going into the elevator there was food in in the cracks. Then the rooms had smaller beds than queen bed, I think they were full beds. Then the shower curtain had some kind of the stain up like 5 feet and did not look healthy. Also, the front desk could not extend my stay that I booked on BOOKING.COM so I had to go back to the app to extend. Then I had my key cards had to be reset due to extending.
Then the AC would not cool the room.
