I eas very uncomfortable from the time I started staying there in January and left at the end of February. I ended up mo

The price and the over night staff were the only people who were respectful and helpful.

Cons:

The staff was horrible and to much in people business. They didn’t want to do their job and complained and blamed the guess for having to do their job. They were unaccommodating and very rude. They lied to the guess and made it very difficult for people who are already going through a tough time. Rooms were falling apart and they picked and closed who they wanted to bend rules for and who they didn’t.

Cons:

Check in person refused to serve us. We had a Booking.com reservation, she was engaged in a lengthy agitated conversation w/manager. She blew up at us, just politely checking in, with reservations.
