There was too many people was hanging out outside

Multiple times there was no staff in the lobby, room was dirty. Lights in the bathroom did not work at all. Shower curtain fell towards the middle of the rod so water would get on the floor.

Cambiaron de habitación 3 veces , el lavadero atorado le refri derramaba agua por el Piso, la TV no funcionaba , dijeron que iban a hacer un reembolso por La Pésima atención , el peor hotel que me ha tocado , espero reembolso por todo lo que tuve esperar , tengo fotos

The rude staff. The office stunk of cigarette smoke. I could not breathe. There were puddles of bleach on the floor, the smell was so bad we had to leave the door open to the public with a fan on to air it out. The bed had springs sticking out. The bed sounded like it was on a file cabinet and every time you tried to roll over it sounded like you kicked the side of the cabinet.We ordered a queen bed but that was not a queen. The pillows were rock hard. I slept part of the night in a plastic chair. The atmosphere in the area was scary at best. We tried to check out at 5:30am because we gave up on the room but there was no one in the office. The sign said they were helping another customer but they ended pulling into the parking lot and parking next to me before unlocking the office. While waiting for someone we watched several customers try the office door for help. She was not on site when we needed her. I will never use Motel 6 again.

There were bugs in the room and the bedsheets had holes from previous pests in the bed

Stinks
Rooms were not cleaned
People smoking in non smoking rooms
People leave their dogs outside all night barking

There were 6 or 7 flies in the room that I found very annoying. I managed to swat 3 of them and therefore wasn't too bothered by them once the lights were out. This was not acceptable in general. Also the noise level around from the other units and the barking dogs outside was very high. Finally, the door to the bathroom was broken as if someone had had to use a sledgehammer to open it at one point and it had not been repaired. Also, please provide non-slip bathtub mat as a safety feature - bathtubs are slippery and people could fall.

Es hat gestunken nach Hund, Rauch und Cannabis.
Im Nichtraucherzimmer war die Bettdecke mit Brandlöchern von Zigaretten übersät..
Es gab keinen Kühlschrank und keine Microwelle im Zimmer, obwohl vertraglich vereinbart.
Im Nebenzimmer hat ein Hund gebellt ( Haustiere erlaubt, daher der Gestank im Zimmer).
Das teuerste Motel, das wir jemals hatten zum schlechtesten Service.
