Room was somewhat clean.
Customer service was horrible. The lady a the front desk was rude and disrespectful. I called about my deposit refund she kept hanging up on me.
It was what I expected until the key card stopped working.
The key card stopped working and you had to ask the staff to open the door every time you needed to open your room. They sometimes told you to leave your I.D at the front desk and they would give you the master key to open your room. It was very annoying.
The employees were unfriendly, and the facility was dirty.
The receiptionaist in the mornig shift (9am to 9pm) was very rude, she never cares for the customers, she openely reject for any simple request and asking us to check out very ofen. She doesn't have basic information like procedure of calling from one room to another room., she promised to offer two rooms adjucent to each other, once we arrived for check in she asked us to stay in two different far away each other and we didnt have any way of communication with our kids in qnother room ( room no 315, room no. 324 ). she rejected to provide min maintainance, for the requested room cleaning they start only from 9am, we waited for about 3hrs to start our room cleaning services. The building structure is very bad, all structural cracks on the first floor balcony/ corridor are visible and unsafe. I will definetly not recommend others to stay here and i will never stay here again.
