From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the theme park is closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of local public holidays and local school holidays.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that there would be an extra bed with additional charge for all the hotel rooms (except for Glamping and Malayana Floating Villa - no extra bed available).

Excellent service provided by the staff especially Shan who has been most helpful.
Food was a disappointment. Water in the supposedly heated pools were only cool to warm.
Theme park . Friendly staff
TV channels not connected. Only bath and one floor towels provided. Should have face and table towels too. No body lotion provided.
The hotel is located at a very convenient location to explore ipoh and of course the sunway lost world park. Very nice and clean facility, super helpful staff; specially the front desk team. Loved the room, and room service was on point like clockwork. Decent breakfast buffet and free access to the night park if you stay at the hotel is an amazinh deal. All together this was a very pleasant experience and our family loved it.

The staffs were friendly and the service was good. The variety of breakfast was good too.
The wifi connection was a bit bad as it disrupted my work, but somehow still okay, manageable.
The room was very spacious and clean. We had a little issue with the wardrobe door but it is a small issue. Our room entitled 2 free Night Park tickets so we bought another child ticket at a discounted price from the hotel counter for my son. Breakfast spread all tasted delicious although the choice is not much but it was sufficient.
I wish they served Teh Tarik at breakfast, though.... only have black coffee and white coffee. Tea bags are available to make your own tea. Also it would be nice if got dim sum for breakfast. From the hotel, we have to cross the road and walk across a small carpark to the Night Park entrance & morning breakfast area. There is no shade along the path and if it rains, walking from hotel to theme park and back would be troublesome.
It’s near the Lost World of Tambun. We just need to cross the road to get there.
I hope they provide more variety for breakfast, such as fried rice or fried mee hoon.
The check-in staff is friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was not up to the standard & quality of a 4 stars hotel. Very disappointing.
