Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the theme park is closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of local public holidays and local school holidays.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that there would be an extra bed with additional charge for all the hotel rooms (except for Glamping and Malayana Floating Villa - no extra bed available).

das frühstük buffet war im Wasserpark nur über die strasse die auswahl war riesig. als hotel gäste konnten wir den Wasserpark ab 18.00 Uhr nutzen und in der abendstimmung war das fantasisch, der wasser park bietet auch noch einen kleinen Zoo und einen Spatziergang durch eine Fantasiewelt das war sehr schön.

Staff were so lovely! Great place and great location. Changed location to this hotel 30min before we arrived. They were very accommodating and service oriented.

Pros:

Breakfast was the same spread every day... Nasi Lemak, Toast, Salad, Hot Noodles.... The Mee Goreng was really bad.
The white coffee is awesome......

Cons:

The shower was really bad. Around 10 PPM on Sat evening, the shower head is dripping. When i can call the front desk, they said it's because full occupancy and can't be helped. They'll send a technician to the room. I questioned them - what are they going to do by coming to the room..?
