Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the theme park is closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of local public holidays and local school holidays.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that there would be an extra bed with additional charge for all the hotel rooms (except for Glamping and Malayana Floating Villa - no extra bed available).

We stayed for just one night and overall we were happy we chose this property as the theme park is right across the road

Location, cleanliness and pleasant staff.

Cons:

The doves outside the window that were coo- ing all day was very annoying. Other than this issue.. everything was perfect.

Overall, we were quite satisfied and would definitely recommend visiting again. 😊
Pros:

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many changing rooms and toilets, and also very clean. The theme park is located near residential areas, so it is very convenient to buy groceries and food. 😊

Cons:

We hope the ticket for the day allows unlimited re-entry, as it would be more convenient, especially for families with children.
At that time, there was renovation work happening next to the theme park, which resulted in insufficient parking spaces. The directions were also not very clear, so it caused some inconvenience.
The soundproofing in the room was not very good. We could clearly hear the neighboring children opening their door and talking outside the room, which was quite noisy.
Sometimes the breakfast items were not replenished promptly, and when we wanted to take some, they were already empty.
