Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the theme park is closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of local public holidays and local school holidays.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that there would be an extra bed with additional charge for all the hotel rooms (except for Glamping and Malayana Floating Villa - no extra bed available).

Okay for short stay
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and having an EV charger available in the car park was a great convenience.

Cons:

The breakfast venue is inconveniently far from the hotel, and the buffet selection was quite limited.

The bed not so comfortable, breakfast quite far and no shuttle provided frequently from hotel. Food for breakfast not many choices.

We stayed for just one night and overall we were happy we chose this property as the theme park is right across the road

Cons:

The doves outside the window that were coo- ing all day was very annoying. Other than this issue.. everything was perfect.
