DANGEROUS & ABUSIVE!!

This entire stay was traumatic and horrible.

Everything, literally. So much so that I contacted booking.com to get a full refund and contacted Corporate 2x. As well as took photos and videos as proof of what I endured from the moment I arrived in my ADA complaint room #121 - to the moment I left in extreme exhaustion and emotion. To the point that I didn't notice my stairs were down on my camper I was hauling and now they're destroyed, nearly ripped off of my camper entirely. This is NOT what I paid for to visit my grandkids. I was offered an extension till 1pm, at 9am, so I could get a little more rest, until he pounded on my door 2 hrs later to say that he "Takes it Back! I had to he out in a 1/2 hr. Of course after walking by my door calling me a "stupid effing b/#ch" (caught on video from phone)

Cons:

The manager is rude and charged me for a remote that wasn't in the room when I got there and the hotel has a roach infestation and I tried to tell him and he did nothing about it but argue that they already got rid of them

Todd was the receptionist who checked me in, he was nice and understanding. He accommodated to me needing a different room. Didn't stay long enough to tell you anything else that made me like it
