Pros:

Comfortable beds. Nice friendly staff. Room was on the main floor. Really liked that I was able to park my truck right outside my room window.🥰 Perkins restaurant next door.

Cons:

It appeared that their were several homeless? people walking about the property and was worried about leaving my truck unattended but was able to park right outside my room window and that made me feel better😊 Did not have regular size bath towels what we had was very small but it got the job done. I might have been spooked a little with the negative reviews this hotel has been given but I have to say we had a good night's sleep and all was good.

This should not be operating as a motel! I can’t believe it passes any kind of health code.
Pros:

Windows were broken out and boarded up. Large cracks in flooring. Towels were on the floor with NO toilet paper or soap.

Bedbug palace
Pros:

The man at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

I found a bedbug within 20 min of checking in (the room had the bedbug smell so I immediately started checking), left, asked for a refund (I prepaid 2 nights) and they gave me $25. How insulting.

Please get an exterminator.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Lots of parking. I thought I had notified the hotel that I had pets but I guess I forgot. The staff member quickly checked to make sure they had a room available, which they did. I was very grateful for this because I just spent the last 8 hours driving and wanted to rest. They charge a refundable deposit and I was able to get this back.

Cons:

When I got to the room, it looked clean but after further inspection, the blankets and pillow cases were dirty, floor felt slippery and I killed 2 roaches within 10 minutes of just getting into the room. After seeing those things, I refused to sleep under the covers. So I slept fully dressed with my hoody and headphones in and got up 3 hours later. My aunt had a roach fall in her ear canal and get stuck. New fear unlocked.

I want to stress that the staff is nice.

Pros:

While my own room was in good condition, the rest of the property looked really worn out. I was told that renovation is going on, but to see the swimming pool area filled with trash was a bit much. Plus, the parking lot didn’t appear too safe, but thankfully nothing happened to my car.
