The best part was that it was located so close to the transit / tube and bus station. Commute bexame extremely convenient.
Moreover, it was extremely clean and Claudia did take good care of the place.

Cons:

We were in a tripple room and I was using the middle bed, it was so tighly attached to the two tables on the sides that every slight movement while turning etc on the bed would make a loud squeeky metallic sound.

Lovely basic room with very accommodating staff
Pros:

Woman on reception was lovely, she let us leave our bags off early as the room wasn’t ready yet (we arrived before check in time), she let us have a later check out and also let us store our bags at the hotel after we checked out. The room and shower was clean, the bed was comfy. Great location next to a bus and train station.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great value for money. Stayed there as I had a concert at Wembley and the location was convenient. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean, towels provided, free wifi, aircon in the room, overall a comfortable stay.

Cons:

WiFi was a bit sporadic but that might have been just me. Also there is a parking area next to the hotel (£15 a night) but it is a bit difficult to find (I did end up calling and they were really helpful assisting me locate it!).

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

– Great location, easy to get to and right near a tube stop with a direct line to the train station and other lines.
– The air con was a god send in the heatwave!
– Room and bathroom were spotless
– Very friendly lady checked us in and explained the keys

Cons:

– You can hear the trains so if you're a light sleeper be aware of this (I sleep like the dead and had had a busy day so it didn't bother me)
– The entrance is a little tucked away so is tricky to find

Budget friendly gem
Pros:

Very welcoming host, explained everything you needed to know and was available for any problems. Clean and functional rooms, air con was a blessing. Well placed for transport links and accessible shops and eateries.

Cons:

A little hard to find initially.
