Nice looking out with so much greener, wonderful large breakfast and quiet.
Swimming pool looking a bit dirty, a bit of lack of English, safety box in a dark lower corner hard to see numbers and maneuvee to making input numbers.
Next to lovely green space, shopping central, nice spacious room. Fullsome space room, nice minibar, balcony looking onto green space.

Das Hotel ist ruhig und die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Die Lobby macht einen gemütichen Eindruck. Das Team ist hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut.
Aber leider ist die Umgebung des Hotels nichtssagend und charakterlos. Keine Läden, keine Restaurants, kein Leben. Man weiß gar nicht, dass man in Phnom Pheng ist.
Im Restaurant konnten wir weder Khmer-Küche noch westliche Gerichte genießen. Denn es existiert gar nicht. Man hat uns die "Restaurants" (= Fastfood) in der Aeon Mall empfohlen. Der Weg dorthin war gar nicht so kurz und war langweilig.
Beds have topper so are super comfortable. It's a short walk to Aeon Mall and Koh Pich Elysee though a Grab was only 80 cents each way. Shower had hot water (unlike hotels that have underpowered electric showers). Good choice of egg dishes to order plus modest self-service for breakfast. Several parking bays outside for taxis/own car. Room safe big enough for laptop computer. Bassac Street restaurants and bars not too far away but will need a taxi.
Unheated indoor pool very cold in January. Had to change room due to previous smoker though new room had a smoker next door in this non-smoking hotel! Generally not a very interesting neighbourhood. To the north has more attractions.
Nice friendly staff and clean. Spacious room and bathroom.
