Ubicación es inmejorable servicio Pobre
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable en pleno paseo Montejo, muchos restaurantes y atracciones a distancias muy cortas.

Cons:

Desde el check in el joven que hizo el proceso de registro fue poco amable y tal vez un poco cortante en las respuestas en cada interacción.
Al preguntar acerca de desayuno indican el lugar del restaurante y los horarios: al día siguiente, al intentar desayunar el personal del restaurant también con cero tacto dijo que solo atendían personas con reservación (aunque fuésemos huéspedes del hotel). Era día festivo por lo que se entiende debía haber reservación, lo que no se entiende es por que no me indicaron reservar al check in y tampoco es justificable la falta de amabilidad.

Buena ubicación para poder salir a Caminar y disfrutar el fin de semana.
Pros:

la atención del personal, la nueva cafetería, nos gusta la ubicación ya lo habíamos visitado antes.

Cons:

hemos ido en años anteriores y estaba mejor el confort del hotel, esta ves sentimos que las camas estaba muy duras, de igual forma estuve llamando por teléfono y nunca me contestaron, deberían verificar si están actualizados sus números en plataforma.
