La ubicación es perfecta, la suite tiene un tamaño extraordinario y el baño muy grande y cómodo y completo.

El sofá de la suite no sirve para sentarse, ya que está muy vencido y se veía percudido.

en los cuartos no hay cobijas, no hay ninguna botella de agua y el primer dia me bañe con agua fria
COBIJAS, me dijeron que en merida no usan y que solo se dan si vas y pides en recepción y en la primera noche debido a la borroso del control de aire algo hice mal que se apagaba y al rato se prendia solo, por lo cual en ratitos tuve frio.
AGUA, igual me dijeron que si queria tenia que ir a solicitar una botella a recepciíón, estuve hospedaje en un hotel mas sencillo en campeche y el primer dia me tome el agua de una de las 2 botellas que habia, al otro día ya estaban puestas 4 botellas.
AGUA FRIA el segudo dia salio caliente y me dijeron que el primero me salio fria porque al parecer yo fui el unico que se levanto para bañarse a las 5:00 de la mañana, no se activo el sistema de calentamiento y el segundo como ya fue mas tarde y habia mas personas abriendo sus llaves, se activo de inmediato.
