Le très gentil personnel du restaurant.
La vue sur le Palais Canton.
La gentillesse de la femme de chambre.
Le personnel de la réception était gentil mais il ne résolvait pas nos problèmes. Il fallait demander les choses 2 ou 3 fois et á la fin on nous disait qu'ils n'avaient pas les moyens pour satisfaire nos besoins (une serviette de mains qui n'avait pas été mise dans la chambre; il n´y avait rien pour mettre les pieds après la douche et le sèche-cheveux ne marchait pas...).
Mes deux courriers sont restés sans réponse, ce qui est vraiment impardonnable. J'ai alors téléphoné. Dans la journée, mais personne n'aa répondu; le soir, une dame qui a dit s'appeler María a répondu de maniere impolie.

El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es más que excelente. No probamos el desayuno. La alberca me encantó. El hotel es sencillo y ya tiene algunos años, pero la amabilidad y la ubicación hacen que valga muchísimo la pena.
La próxima vez, sin duda volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Las habitaciones están sucias, son viejas y deterioradas las fotografías de la publicidad son engañosas, no les dan mantenimiento, acrilicos de la bañera rotos, no había agua caliente en la ducha, solo tibia a lo mucho pero me tuve que bañar con mi familia con agua fría, basura, polvo, cabellos y suciedad detrás de las puertas incluyendo la del baño, sabana viejas y manchadas, con cabellos, colchones incomodos, sillas sucias y batidas, cortinas sucias, repisas de closet y todo lleno de polvo, instalaciones sanitarias viejas y no funcionales, las reporte, el teléfono no funciona para llamar a recepción tuve que bajar y después de reportar un problema con el baño paso una hora para que fueran a solucionarlo y porque tuve que bajar a recepción dos veces, la atención de recepción de la tarde muy mala, a excepción de la chica de las mañanas y que registro mi llegada que tuvo una excelente aptitud de servicio y muy amable, de ahí en fuera no regresaré y no lo recomiendo pues no es correlativo el precio con la calidad de sus instalaciones y servicios.

Excelente ubicación del hotel justo en la calle más turística de Mérida. La atención del personal del hotel es muy buena. Gracias a la buena ubicación, se encuentran muchos restaurantes cercanos.
Es un hotel algo viejo, los muebles se notan ya viejos y algo desgastados. La comodidad de la habitación algo reducida y en las camas solo había una sábana delgada para arroparse. No hay opción de habitación con desayuno incluido, lo que me parece poco conveniente.

Ruido durante la madrugada gente gritando y cantando entre las 4 y 6 am, se escuchaban radios sin importar la hora y llevo solicitando una factura desde mi salida y ya pasaron 4 días y aun no la recibo el numero de whatsapp tarda 1 dia en responder y solo te contesta buenos días... definitivo no regreso
