Een echte aanrader!
Pros:

Warm welkom, tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Prachtige tuin, een comfortabele kamer en een heerlijk zwembad/jacuzzi met fantastisch uitzicht.

Pros:

Le jardin est très joli.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées .
Le petit déjeuner est très simple, les confitures et le pain sont industriels. Pour 1 petit déjeuner, le buffet suffit mais au delà, c’est toujours la même chose.
La piscine et le jacuzzi présentaient des algues et nos maillots de bain ainsi que ceux d’autres clients sont ressortis avec plein de tâches indélébiles.
La mère du patron nous a mis dehors car on a demandé une explication pour nos maillots.
Les patrons sont des américains qui n’ont pas du tout le sens du service.
Nos maillots étaient neufs et ils sont foutus.
J’attendais quand même des excuses et un geste commercial mais à notre grande surprise, ce fut l’inverse!!
De plus, notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre qui donnait sur l’extérieur mais sur un patio donc c’est très sombre et pas agréable .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im The Inn at Palo Alto. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das leckere und vielfältige Frühstück, bei dem für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool, Whirlpool, Bar und Feuerstelle lädt zum Verweilen ein. Positiv empfunden haben wir zudem das kleine Fitnessstudio, das alles bietet, was man für ein kurzes Training benötigt.

Cons:

Die Trainingsmatten im Fitnessstudio sind mittlerweile etwas abgenutzt und wirkten nicht mehr ganz sauber. Ein Austausch wäre wünschenswert. Zudem funktionierte der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer nicht. Wir haben ihn zwar nicht genutzt, dennoch sollte die Funktionsfähigkeit der Ausstattung vor dem Check-in überprüft werden.

Una experiencia inolvidable: el lugar perfecto para celebrar un cumpleaños

Nuestra estancia en The Inn at Palo Alto fue simplemente perfecta. Elegimos este hermoso lugar para celebrar mi cumpleaños y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos bienvenidos.

El hotel es espectacular, impecablemente cuidado y rodeado de una naturaleza impresionante. Su ubicación es privilegiada; el sonido del río, las montañas y el clima fresco de Boquete hacen que uno sienta que está en un lugar mágico, como si hubiera viajado a otro país.

Quiero hacer un reconocimiento muy especial a Marcelo, quien nos recibió con una calidez extraordinaria. Fue muy cordial, amable y atento desde nuestra llegada, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Nos hizo sentir como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida. Su hospitalidad y profesionalismo hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial.

Otro de los momentos inolvidables fue disfrutar del jacuzzi, rodeado de un paisaje espectacular. Pero, sin duda, lo que más me marcó fue recibir un masaje relajante con una vista increíble al río que desciende desde las montañas y atraviesa Boquete. Escuchar el sonido del agua mientras disfrutaba del masaje fue una experiencia de paz y relajación difícil de describir con palabras.

El desayuno buffet fue excepcional: una gran variedad de opciones, productos frescos y de excelente calidad, todo preparado con mucho esmero. Cada detalle del hotel refleja el compromiso de brindar una experiencia de primer nivel.

Gracias a todo el equipo de The Inn at Palo Alto por hacer que la celebración de mi cumpleaños fuera un recuerdo que llevaré siempre en mi corazón. Sin duda regresaremos y recomendaremos este maravilloso lugar a nuestros familiares y amigos.

Cons:

No hubo absolutamente nada que no nos gustara. Toda la experiencia fue excelente y cumplió, e incluso superó, nuestras expectativas.

En mi caso, el disponer únicamente de un baño en la suite para 6 personas se queda un poco corto. Pero no fue impedimento para disfrutar de la estancia
