The pool was great very clean very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean as well as the room. We appreciate it having a mini fridge to freeze my ice packs.
The staff came across as rude, air conditioning was less than optimal, we didn't have Wi-Fi for our entire stay and when I asked the staff members about it we were told it wasn't a guarantee but it was part of what attracted me to the hotel as a perk because I have horrible Wi-Fi signal. I got locked out of the hotel because my key card stopped working and had to walk all the way around the building this was very difficult for me because I'm on oxygen and Texas heat is horrible. When I told the staff about it I was told well if you would have kept your phone away from it it would have been fine. I never knew before that my phone would erase the data on the card. Good to know for the next place. Of course I stayed at thousands of motels and this was never an issue before.
