Pros:

The rooms are usually very clean I’ve never had any trouble checking in and the behind the desk people are great. Other than the housekeeping taking my personal belongings my stay has always been good there

Cons:

I didn’t like that I stayed in room 258 and I left my sheets and pocket knife in the room on the bed and the housekeeper never turned it in. The sheets were $300 sheets I’m a license cosmetologist our tools aren’t cheap I did not know a housekeeper didn’t have to turn in things found in rooms! I only left for 30 minutes came back and nothing I’m very disappointed in that.

Worst ever.
Cons:

There was a McDonalds wrapper laying on the bed when I entered my room. A party took place in the parking lot immediately outside of my room with 50+ people drinking and playing music until early morning hours. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, I left the hotel at 2:30am. Horrible.

The room was nice and cold

Cons:

There was trash and dog poop all over the outside areas. I don't think they swept my room. There was debris in all the corners of my room and under the desk. The towels were so thin they didn't absorb and they only gave me one.

The toilet was broken, some guys come to fix it , didn’t work, room was very dirty like the bed wasnlt change, water enter by the hole in the base of the door.
We asked for new cover, they never bring it.
