Perfect city escape
Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to the tram and metro station, the bazaar. Walking distance to major sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a kettle in the room, refrigerator, air conditioner, toiletries and they give you free water. The bed is very comfortable.,The staff speaks English and is always ready to help.

Cons:

The hotel is not new or renewed, the furniture is showing signs of age but nothing terrible. It still looks decent and definitely worth the money.

A more than adequate hotel and excellent value.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast - it was be best on our tour. The location was fantastic in the centre of town with easy walking to many sites and ground transportation. Also lots of great restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Bathroom could use a couple of upgrades.
