Pros:

The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected.
We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck.
The restaurant breakfast catered for Chinese as well.
We loved the dive shop being on the premises. The staff were helpful and the pool was nice. There was a bar called Lockys bar near the pool but it did not serve anything. You could not order a drink to have beside the pool, or food.

Pros:

Das NDC Resort ist doch schon ein etwas älteres Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, jedoch sehr hell hörig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ungünstig, außerhalb der Stadt und nur mit Taxi bzw. private Taxis zu erreichen. Das klappt allerdings super und ist auch sehr preisgünstig. Die Anlage ist einfach und war während unseres Aufenthaltes recht vertrocknet. Der Zugang ans Meer erfolgt über einen langen Steg. Man sollte allerdings nicht nach rechts oder links schauen. In den Mangroven liegt sehr viel Müll. Einen Stand gibt es nicht und auch das Baden vom Steg ist, auf Grund der Strömung und des vielen Mülls, nicht zu empfehlen. Auch in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels ist kein Strand vorhanden und es sieht auch dort nicht viel besser aus. Als Familienhotel ist das NDC nicht zu empfehlen.
