Love this place we will definitely come back the staff the overall experience was great although it was a holiday it was not packed definitely a great experience for our family.

Peak season travel is always a challenge for properties, but the staff here handled things magnificently. Friendly, but as efficient as they can make it.

•The check-out time is 12:00 PM, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a slow morning.
•The breakfast had a nice selection of Seda-style Filipino dishes, and the omelets were freshly made on the spot, which made them especially delicious.

We had a great overall experience at Seda Nuvali. The reservation process was very smooth and hassle-free. The team was responsive and accommodating, especially in assisting us with our inquiries and requests, including the corporate rate arrangement, which made the booking even more convenient.

We recently had a staycation at Seda Nuvali with our wife and child, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Breakfast was a standout—great selection and quality, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having kids’ utensils and dining ware available. It made things much easier for us as parents.

Our child absolutely loved the outdoor play area, which kept him happily occupied for hours. The staff also deserve special mention—they were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we were having a bit of difficulty feeding our little one.

We also tried the food by the pool, and it didn’t disappoint—good quality and perfect for a laid-back afternoon.

Overall, a very family-friendly stay. Definitely a place we’d consider coming back to.

The banquet meals served throughout our three-day event were exceptionally well-prepared, delicious, and offered in generous portions. As the organizer of the activity, we truly appreciated the team’s efficient coordination, proactive support, and seamless event management—from banquet arrangements to overall logistical handling—which made the conduct of the writeshop significantly less demanding on our end.

Spa massage was a brilliant idea and I even had mom, sister & her friend have a massage too. I was able to relax before my flight in the US. Lorna did an excellent job on the massage - highly recommend her services.

Manager Maritess Peralta went above and beyond; she introduced herself and offered the Seda Edge, which was a great touch. Overall, the team was excellent. I can’t wait to book another stay the next time I’m in town. It appears that the pricing on third‑party platforms such as Tripadvisor, Expedia, and other booking sites is currently cheaper than the rates shown on Seda’s website. If Seda can match those prices directly on its own site and improve visibility in search results, it would make booking—especially from abroad—much easier and more convenient for guests.

Additionally, offering special discounts or coupon codes for local residents of Santa Rosa could help encourage more local tourism. Once locals experience their stay, they are more likely to recommend the hotel to friends and family, which can help expand Seda’s reach both locally and internationally.
