Seda Nuvali Laguna near Tagaytay

Seda Nuvali is one of the best hotels we have had the pleasure of staying at. The entire hotel staff demonstrated professionalism at all times and consistently greeted guests with warmth and courtesy.

The banquet meals served throughout our three-day event were exceptionally well-prepared, delicious, and offered in generous portions. As the organizer of the activity, we truly appreciated the team’s efficient coordination, proactive support, and seamless event management—from banquet arrangements to overall logistical handling—which made the conduct of the writeshop significantly less demanding on our end.

We commend Seda Nuvali for its excellent service and for contributing greatly to the success of our event.

Spa massage was a brilliant idea and I even had mom, sister & her friend have a massage too. I was able to relax before my flight in the US. Lorna did an excellent job on the massage - highly recommend her services.

I want to give credit to the entire staff — everyone was very respectful and professional. Manager Maritess Peralta went above and beyond; she introduced herself and offered the Seda Edge, which was a great touch. Overall, the team was excellent. I can’t wait to book another stay the next time I’m in town. It appears that the pricing on third‑party platforms such as Tripadvisor, Expedia, and other booking sites is currently cheaper than the rates shown on Seda’s website. If Seda can match those prices directly on its own site and improve visibility in search results, it would make booking—especially from abroad—much easier and more convenient for guests.

Additionally, offering special discounts or coupon codes for local residents of Santa Rosa could help encourage more local tourism. Once locals experience their stay, they are more likely to recommend the hotel to friends and family, which can help expand Seda’s reach both locally and internationally.

Good ambiance

it was a good experience just like our previous stays. help is always available. I appreciate that they sent a nurse to check on me when i was having a terrible headache. food is good, very clean and amenities are simply awesome, especially game room and outside activities.

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel for my birthday. The experience was relaxing and memorable. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service throughout our stay.

Had a pleasant and memorable Valentine's weekend staycation from brunch buffet, early check-in to buffet breakfast. Ayala Malls Nuvali is walking distance and had a nice night stroll around the hotel vicinity.

Seda never disappoints. From the seamless check-in to the clean, modern rooms, every stay is a breeze. It’s a very family-friendly environment—my kids had such a great time that they didn't want to leave! If you're looking for a hassle-free and high-quality experience for the whole family, this is the place. Can’t wait for our next visit!

The hotel itself was fine and the food was excellent, which was a real highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service and significant noise issues.

Cleaners were extremely noisy every morning from around 8:30am, with doors slamming repeatedly, which completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing visit. Being woken up daily by housekeeping noise is not what you expect when staying at a hotel.

With better attention to service consistency and housekeeping noise levels, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Still a great hotel! 2nd time booking the hotel. The first one was around 3 years ago, and eveything was just as good as before. Good location, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking space, food is also good

Hotel is skeaky clean. Food is great. But confusion in the head count for buffet only rectified by Joyce in Misto. I confirmed with Allison upon check-in re: buffet count and she said 6 since we have 3 rooms. The following day, people from misto are saying that I only booked for 5. Nonethless, we still booked for 3 rooms so what the heck? only Joyce rectified the situation,Pet treats not given as promised. Thanks to Joyce who responded fast. Very late check-in as the two other rooms out of 3 when we arrived at past 3 pm.

Room is very clean and value for money, good sound insulation too. Bed is very comfortable due to Super King Size and firm mattress. Breakfast varieties could have been better. Staffs are friendly. Gym maintenance could have been better.
