Location is not worth the noise
Pros:

Clean and fresh room

Cons:

Noisiest room I have ever been in. a room on the front or side It is located right next to /above the buses, street cars, the very noisy busy street. The bathroom pipe continually ran noisily. Room on first floor I could hear conversations in the lobby below from staff and customers. Every time the phone rang. The banging the hotel entry door after it was locked for the evening Requested a room change unsuccessfully.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Me quedé 3 noches y 4 días, y en ningún momento cambiaron las toallas. Entraron a limpiar el sábado y aunque estaba todo arreglado (incluido las toallas de baño), seguían mojadas y sucias.
La cama no era incómoda, pero las almohadas lamento decir que podrían cambiarlas.

Muy bien sitio pero con peculiaridades
Pros:

La ubicación, el trato del personal tan amable, la habitación estaba muy bien y limpia y con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran incómodas, la cama un poco también, el ruido que se escuchaba del tranvía y el alboroto de la gente en las noches y que no se cómo se colaron unos 200 mosquitos en la habitación los últimos días.
