Faltou uma ducha higiênica ou bidê, para a mulher principalmente faz diferença.
Espelhos grandes na sala para mulher também é necessário para quem viaja em grupo enqto uma está no banheiro outra se arruma no quarto e espelho grande vc tem visão do corpo.
The location was central to everything really. Easy to get to transport if wanted to explore further afield.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The room was made up every day, which was lovely. The shower water pressure was immense.
It was a double room... we were only given one cup...we then got another one from reception, and this was then taken away when the cleaner came in.
The bathroom, especially the shower, had some leakage issues/no holder for the shower head. The air con didn't work on the last night. The noise outside was loud, which was fine with the window closed and the air con overnight until the air con didn't work...
The location was very close to amenities and transport links. A few metres away from Praça do Comércio, the Time Out Market and the famous pink street. The staff allowed us to drop our luggage before the check in time at 3pm and offered to keep our luggage the next morning while we went sight seeing.
The reception staff who checked us in did not inform us that the room they put us in had a broken air-conditioning unit. We only found out at night when we came back from sight seeing, tired, hot and bothered and desperately needed a cooling system. When we went to the reception staff on night duty, he non-chalantly said "your aircon is not working. Nothing I can do as the hotel is fully booked." Instead of apologies, or offer of an electric fan, he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes. He said the Aircon has been broken for 2 weeks and the manager knows about it. He let me write a formal complaint in their book of doom but I bet it meant nothing to him When I asked for an electric fan, he was reluctant to give me one (a very small one) because it was for the reception. We had no choice but to have the windows open which means we heard all the loud noise from the road traffic and shouts of drunk people coming from their parties. We had a very poor sleep because of the heat and the noise. The room was also a little dated and tired.

Faltou uma ducha higiênica, item necessário para nós mulheres e tbm um espelho grande de corpo na sala/quarto até pra facilitar viagens com várias pessoas

Great location
The shower was VERY small and hot water was VERY limited. My air con was broken and I asked to have someone look at it several times and no one ever did. I stayed 3 days and had no air con and no help in trying to fix the issue.

Il manque un petit fauteil et une petite table pour accompagner le fauteuil présent. Pour une chambre pour 2, un seul fauteuil, ça fait drôle un peu.
Aussi, la pomme de douche arrose partout, devrait être changé.

La habitación era para 4 pero una de las camas en realidad era un poco improvisada con un colchón muy finito y muy incómodo, las otras 2 camas sin embargo estaban bien. Las canillas estaban viejas, una perdía agua y la otra estaba a punto de salirse. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico y toallas porque no estaba preparado para 4 personas.
