Tenía contratado el desayuno buffet y me lo cambiaron por una bandeja de desayuno en la habitación, sin consultarme si el cambio me parecía correcto o si quería que me devolviesen el dinero pagado en su lugar.
La hora a la que traían esa bandeja era 1 hora más tarde de lo que originalmente servían el desayuno buffet, que a mí me resultaba inconveniente. Me dieron la alternativa de una bandeja de desayuno aún más limitada que no incluía ni café (en ningún momento después de tantos cambios me ofrecieron devolverme lo pagado por los desayunos).

Die Lage in der Innerstadt war sehr gut. Dadurch kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr und zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten
Es war heiß in Lissabon und in unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Das Fenster konnte nicht wieder geschlossen werden wenn man es einmal zum Lüften geöffnet hat, also kam Lüften in der ruhigeren Nachtzeit auch nicht in Frage. Da die Trambahn direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifährt war der Lärm bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr groß. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer zum Innenhof hin (Zimmer zum Innenhof stand auf der Buchungsbestätigung) wurde versprochen, konnte aber dann doch nicht umgesetzt werden. Als kleinen Ersatz für die defekte Klimaanlage haben wir einen größeren Ventilator dann bekommen. Frühstück sollte Buffet sein, doch der Frühstücksraum konnte wegen Renovierung nicht genutzt werden. Ersatzweise gab es Frühstück auf das Zimmer, doch die flexible Auswahl von einem Buffet fehlte einfach.
