Mes petits déjeuners m'ont été facturés 12 € x 3 au prétexte que je me suis enregistrée en ligne avec le lien qui m'a été envoyé alors que sur place c'est 10 € x 3.
La réceptionniste m'a dit que c'était le tarif si on s'enregistrait soi-même et que je n'avais qu'à pas le faire !
Pouvez vous , svp, faire procéder au remboursement ?
Dommage car j'allais mettre une bonne note vu le bon emplacement et la propreté de l'établissement.Merci

We've just book bed, for two adult and two minors of age 2 and 13, and requested craddle; they lied that it was broken and rejected to provide instead; they just replied "thats it, nothing to do" they did not take care of anything and simply advised saucily 13 years to sleep with 2 years old in the same bed like we're in a refugee camp and we lived hell with the 2 years old baby with no bed. We paid 100% full amount for 4 beds and received just 75% (3 beds) service directly with hotel's full disinterest. Is is just simple as it occured and compensated? We will submit complaint to official tourism autorities. We recorded all details as evidence. And the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in a hotel, woke up with aches and pains in necks and backs. There is continuosly water coming down from the ceilng to floow which caused full wtness in a closed room without a proper ventilation.

The location may look convenient on paper, but the hotel is directly exposed to Lisbon’s nightlife area. The windows provide almost no sound insulation, so every night feels like sleeping in the middle of the street. Between people shouting until late, constant pedestrian traffic and the tram passing nearby, it is practically impossible to sleep properly.

Cleanliness was also disappointing. The bedsheets had visible stains and did not feel clean at all. We even asked for them to be changed, but there was no proper follow-up from the cleaning service.

The bathroom was another major issue: a shower head that barely works correctly. On top of that, hot water is unreliable because the hotel uses a shared boiler system for the entire building, meaning there is sometimes no hot water available at all.

Other frustrating details:

* No trash bin in the room
* Very poor communication and customer service
* Messages sent before arrival were completely ignored
* Lack of responsiveness from staff overall

The hotel is well located geographically, but terribly located if you want rest and comfort. Between the noise, poor maintenance and lack of service, this stay was honestly very disappointing.

The safe didn't have any batteries inside it in order for it to work, so I had to ensure I carried my passport with me when out. Also, just personal preference, but there was just a body wash, no separate shampoo. If that was included and the safe was functionable I would have given 10/10. That said, I would definitely recommend staying here and I would return again.

The bed was not comfortable. The sheets had stains on them. And there was too much noise especially in the early morning
