Gostei das pessoas que nos atendiam.

* banheiro e quarto muito escuros;
* vazamento do box para fora;
* senti falta de frutas no café da manhã ( só tinha uma salada de frutas )

La ubicación del Hotel immejorable ya que estas a un paso de todo el centro histórico de Florencia, y es muy util si quieres descansar una hora despues de una larga caminata.

Cons:

El desayuno es siempre el mismo, cada día es el día de la marmota. Tendrian que tener mas variedad de producto, no digo mas cantidad sino variedad.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Albergo piccolo ma molto carino, conduzione familiare con personale gentilissimo. Luminoso, pulito e con una posizione comoda per arrivare in centro.
Se mai torneremo a Firenze sarà un punto di riferimento.
