Others were really good (room, bed, staffs, breakfast, location).
Pros:

Location is close to most of the attraction sites and main train station. Staffs were very kind to let me check on earlier and also had my baggage stored on the day after I have checked out.

Cons:

Maybe because my room is at ground floor near the reception area, so I could actually the sound from outside common area.

Lovely Hotel, great location, very kind and helpful hosts!
Pros:

Hotel Boston was a lovely place to stay. The hosts were great and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our travels and the garden out back was so peaceful and relaxing. There is an elevator which was fantastic. It was also very clean and our room had a great bathroom and new tile flooring throughout. There was paid parking at the corner of the road only 5 minutes away.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier buchen.

A very nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Hotel location was good, 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station and then maybe another 5 - 10 minutes from the middle of Florence. Room was very nice with a good bathroom. Unfortunately we had to leave early and missed breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel à taille humaine.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant (un grand merci à William pour sa gentillesse). Chambre spacieuse très calme (côté cour). Très bon emplacement par rapport au centre historique.

Cons:

Tout était très bien, aucun point négatif à signaler.

Me dieron una habitación en la planta baja, justo enfrente de recepción. Me dijeron que todo era muy tranquilo pero obviamente me despertaron a la mínima que alguien fue a recepción.
