Tudo muito sujo, os lençois estavam manchados e as tolhas de banho com cheiro de mau lavadas. Formigas pelo quarto todo e pentelhos na privada quando chegamos.

A localização é legal, perto da praia mas sem ficar longe de leblon-ipanema-copa

Cons:

A pia do nosso quarto vazava, então no segundo dia percebemos que o chão do banheiro alagava se usássemos ela por muito tempo. O cobertor disponibilizado para o quarto também estava com um odor ruim e pedimos a troca.

My experience at the Ibiza Barra Hotel was unacceptable. The room was very small, dirty, and clearly worn out with visible damage.

Without informing us, the staff moved all of our belongings to another room while we were away. During this process they lost important items, including our passports. Because of their negligence we missed our flight and had to buy new last-minute tickets ourselves.

The hotel offered no help, no responsibility, and no compensation. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel.

Já me hospedei neste hotel outras vezes quando fui ao Rio e sempre tive boas experiências, por isso escolhi ficar aqui novamente. Porém, desta vez a experiência foi muito negativa.

Durante a estadia, a privada do nosso quarto entupiu e não tivemos o suporte adequado da equipe. Não foi oferecida a possibilidade de troca de quarto ou uma solução rápida para o problema.

Em determinado momento, nós mesmas tivemos que procurar um balde para tentar lidar com a situação. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, a orientação que recebemos foi se queríamos um desentupidor para resolver o problema, o que nos causou bastante surpresa, considerando que estávamos hospedadas no hotel e esperávamos um suporte mais adequado da equipe.

Foi uma situação bastante desconfortável e muito diferente das experiências anteriores que tive no hotel. Infelizmente, desta vez fiquei decepcionada e não pretendo me hospedar novamente.
