Yes cuz we have an issue they have bed bugs I woke up like 3:00 in the morning thought something was biting me but it was bed bugs now they're in my clothes they're in my room where I live they're in my car so during my house something's got to be done they're going to have to pay me or something I told them at 6:00 in the morning I call them and told him that they got bed bugs in the room and so we could have switched your rooms if you let us know I'm going to do at 3:00 in the morning I wouldn't recommend anybody to say that bed bugs terrible now I got my whole house in in my car I can come jumping I got brand new car ridiculous now they got to pay me some money or something get them out of my house my car we got to do something this is ridiculous

Do you like bed bugs and your house and car all over a room and hotel I wouldn't recommend to anybody I'm going to call up there tomorrow to see how they want to handle this because I should not have to pay $4,000 to get bed bugs out of my house my car my clothes everything is ridiculous and jump on me as we speak it's ridiculous pissed

Hi! I booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. It was so strong that it was difficult to sleep, and even airing the room didn’t help. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but I wanted to let you know about this issue.
