Friendly attentive check in staff. Helpful and considerate. Clean room mostly.....

Cons:

The room had a cigarette odor. Very bad. I am surprised staff would not notice. There were two cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Right in the middle. Hard to miss. As I arrived at midnight, I didn't ask for a room change.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for room to be cleaned. Check in at 3 wasn't until 430 to get in room. Asked for different room they sad no. Room smelled really bad of smoke. There was burn holes in sheets and bed cover.

You get what you pay for. Expect very little.

Cons:

The shady and unsafe environment. The room was dirty. The bedding smelled like cigarettes. Checkout is at 11 am. They bang on your door at 9. Went there to escape a snow storm and the parking lot was worse than the roads. The remote for the room fell apart. I got what I paid for and I will never go back again.
