The room was a good size too accommodate my wife's needs for her to get around with her walker
I got a non smoking room the floors were dirty and the room smelled like cigarette smoke
The staff was professional and kind. Check-in was quick and on time. Housekeeping was overall detailed. Extra pillows were able to be found. Located close to grocery store, coffee shops, and the boardwalk.
Shower needs minor recaulking. The toilet doesn't have a closed lid. The towels are very small and scratchy. Would be helpful to have a small shelf in the bathroom.
Promoted as a quad but has two full-size beds. Good for 4 kids but tight for 4 adults. One bed had burn holes in the top comforter for a non-smoking room, but not a deal breaker. A small mini fridge would've been helpful but again not a deal breaker.
That it was quiet when night fell so you could sleep and rest.
You couldn't cook outside on the property You couldn't have kids outside in the grass playing on the property it was pretty much saying your room or go away.
Two night stay but the room was never cleaned.

I didn’t think they offer breakfast , at. Least no one told us. The location wasn’t bad
Dirty room, useless outlets, tv in a weird position, no fridge, no microwave, no blower, they only provide 2 flat pillows, when I asked for more they didn’t want to give me any extra ones.
Location was central to our visit near down town and the high way. Staff was nice and accommodating
Cleanliness was poor. The room had filth on the walls towels and linens were dirty. Room smelled of body odor. Tub was dirty. Very un sanitary
Convenient location and room was clean for a night crash. Needs some pest extermination as I noticed roaches escorting me out as I got ready to leave room for check out.

no bath towels, shower curtain had black mold on it.
Stated there multiple times in past loved it new owners the rooms each time since new ownership was “cleaned” but ot was dirty stink, dog hair all over the place just not good experience at all lady 3 times I stayed there
