Property was good room was big

Cons:

Very dirty not swept people outside were playing around yelling screaming at 4am could not sleep and had to be up for work later. Very disappointed I use to love it here but it’s going down hill

That it was quiet when night fell so you could sleep and rest.

Cons:

You couldn't cook outside on the property You couldn't have kids outside in the grass playing on the property it was pretty much saying your room or go away.

The room was a good size too accommodate my wife's needs for her to get around with her walker

I got a non smoking room the floors were dirty and the room smelled like cigarette smoke

Good value, minor improvements.
Pros:

The staff was professional and kind. Check-in was quick and on time. Housekeeping was overall detailed. Extra pillows were able to be found. Located close to grocery store, coffee shops, and the boardwalk.

Cons:

Shower needs minor recaulking. The toilet doesn't have a closed lid. The towels are very small and scratchy. Would be helpful to have a small shelf in the bathroom.

Promoted as a quad but has two full-size beds. Good for 4 kids but tight for 4 adults. One bed had burn holes in the top comforter for a non-smoking room, but not a deal breaker. A small mini fridge would've been helpful but again not a deal breaker.

Don’t stay here!!!
Pros:

I didn’t think they offer breakfast , at. Least no one told us. The location wasn’t bad

Cons:

Dirty room, useless outlets, tv in a weird position, no fridge, no microwave, no blower, they only provide 2 flat pillows, when I asked for more they didn’t want to give me any extra ones.
