Mala experiencia, lugar a evitar

No tuvimos una buena experiencia con este hotel.

Llegamos más tarde de las 3h00 por el retraso de un vuelo y nos habían cancelado la reserva completa pese haberles avisado por mensaje de la situación. Nos dejaron en la calle con una niña de cuatro años sin dormir y tuvimos que pagar otra habitación para poder pasar esa noche.

Al día siguiente nos quisieron hacer de nuevo la reserva a un precio mucho más alto del contratado anteriormente y decidimos buscar otro lugar.

Tuvimos que reclamar en Booking y volver al día siguiente porque no nos devolvían el dinero de la reserva y la noche nos la cobraron a un precio mayor del habitual, y eso que estuvimos en la habitación no más de 5 horas...

Emplacement parfait très proche de l'autoroute et de l'aéroport

L'hôtel est vraiment en mauvais état, très mal fréquenté, les chambres sont plus que vétustes

Superbe localisation !
Pros:

La localisation est superbe, on se sent en sécurité et tout est à porté de main
Le personnel m'a changé de chambre du rez-de-chaussée à l'étage gratuitement

Cons:

Pas de micro-onde dans les chambres
la clim ne donnait pas bien dans la deuxième chambre
Les serviettes de la premières chambre étaient vieillottes mais celles de la deuxième étaient top!

Economico y cumplidor.
Pros:

Buen precio, con parking gratuito, laundry, pileta, no molestan.

Cons:

Me tocó un cuarto con mucha humedad y podría estar mas limpio los pasillos de ingreso a los cuartos pero esta bien en general. Es lejos del dowtown.

Very good accesible place. Clean. The A/C worked perfectly.
Pros:

It was very accesible by the cars (uber). Close enough to the Airport and the Stadium.

Cons:

The highway was a little noisy and from inside the room you could hear the people talking outside and the cars.
We couldn’t open the curtains to let the daylight illuminate the room because you could see everything inside the room from outside. We needed to use the artificial lights all the time.
It takes a late check in. But when we arrived at 11pm they didn’t let us in. They kept us outside with our luggage. While taking our passports to register our arrival. Maybe it is a safe city, but I didn’t know that. And thought they could maybe take us in the “lobby “.
It was open to the road so I didn’t feel like being inside a private place. Often there were people I didn’t know if was staying there.

I would like the staffs to explain the smells of smoke and no clean, no line change.

They assigned me for non smoking room as I requested but was full of smell of smoke. I stayed two nights but no clean, no line changed at all.
