Honestamente, o lugar é horrível! O quarto tinha um cheiro muito ruim, de sujeira; o chão parecia não ter sido limpo há vários dias e o chuveiro não funcionou.

Renovate! It's a great location.

The entire building had an unpleasant smell, the staff and guests were very loud throughout the day and night. The hotel was overbooked to where I was woken up multiple times either by staff or other guests who were given a key to my room due to "system errors.

Tried calling the hotel for 3 days before we arrived no answer. Messaged this hotel no response. We wanted an early check in, so as we arrived at 1:30, woman at the desk was snotty and told us 3:30. We left for lunch came back about 2:30 and people were checking in. We checked in with a nice gentlemen. Trying to get into the building was a challenge because the door was broken. The smell of BO and cigarettes smacked you in the face as soon as you open the door. Our room… Uhg the smell was unbearable. We decided to crank up the ac hoping it would help with the stink. The toilet just bubbled continuously when flushed. It’s a non smoking room yet there were cigarette burns all over the bath tub. We left for our outing and came back about 7:30 and this time it took 5 try’s to get in. As we walked in we noticed white power all over the hallway carpets and realized it was carpet deodorizer, that was a nice touch 🤢 we opened up our room and the smell was just as bad so we packed up and went home.

We feel it was also being used as a halfway house. The rooms smelled like smoke. We only had two towels in the room that slept four people. When we asked for more towels, they said they were all being washed. They would not let us have an early check-in, even though clearly the hotel was not fully booked. The phone did not work. The ice machine did not work. The hallways and our floor were dirty. the curtains were falling off the rods. The location was very difficult to get in and out of if there was traffic on the main road.

Staff unfriendly and look incapable of running a hotel. At check in I overheard a couple complain they had checked in and their bed linen had stains on it. We dragged our heavy cases up to the 2nd. floor. No elevator. The coridors looked like they had not been vacumed for months. The whole floor stank of tobacco smoke, or stayle tobacco smoke. Even our area that was supposed to be non-smoking. I checked the bed linen in our room. It too had stains and you could see the bed springs through the sheet. I was with my family. We decided to cut our losses and leave immediately, making a new booking. It was a very "shady" place which appeared to mainly rely on homing homeless people, as it looked to me. I can't believe Booking.com would even offer this motel to its customers. Absolutely appalling.

They did not have our handicap accessible room for us. We did not stay.

Hotel was not clean.

- Visible mold on the walls
- Beds that had not been cleaned - hair and sand in the bedding
- Stained, dirty towels, and only 2 provided for a room sold to accommodate 4 guests (a clerk stated this room "only gets 2 towels")
- A floor with dried food/sauce residue across a large area (roughly the size of three hands)
- A bathroom that had not been cleaned - hair present that is not ours

Overall, the experience was so bad that I consider it fraud.

Schmutzig

They need a handyman. Shower, couldn't redirect flow completely. Curtain hanging off the rod, needs new hangers. The flooring is vinyl so noisy. Big gap in door, listened to doors slam all night. Cable inaccurate, they pretty much have fox News and sports channels. No way to stream from your phone. No Wi-Fi. A general state of unkept.
