Pros:

It was a decent stay, at Buddhagaya Regency
Room size, other facilities, cleanliness, staff support and food quality.

An ideal hotel for a few day stay to visit the Temple. Easy walking tuktuk distance n close to other great monasteries.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious n bed comfortable. Restaurant served up great food (although portions too big for single person) in the evening.

Cons:

It’s quite a sterile building n noise amplified in the corridor. No normally an issue unless, as was the case, a large wedding party were in residence so much movement n very noisy at times.

The hotel was at the higher end of the scale for hotels we experienced in India.
Breakfast was good, evening meal was ok.
Reception staff were helpful and very welcoming

Cons:

We booked this hotel due to it having a swimming pool, we wanted a couple of days of relaxation at the end of our trip. There was not any seating or sun beds outside and the pool was green and dirty and not fit to use.

It was unpleasant
Pros:

We had two rooms. We were given top floor. No central AC. Only split AC in the rooms, which doesn’t work and the rooms were very hot. This I’m talking about a stay in early April, think of the plight in May - June.
The services are poor. There were other guests who were thronging at the reception with complaints about AC.
The staff is poorly trained.
