A rather moderate experience
Cons:

1.The timing of the restaurant (BF, LUNCH DINNER) are completely ad odds with normal Indian timings. It suits guests from the Far East nations. This sgould have been made clear in your advertisements and posts. We would have booked elsewhere. The food were mostly dead cold or remnants without any refurbishment during the time we had gone for our food and the attitude of the restaurant staff were brusque and almost rude. The varieties were very limited, mostly catering to the foreign nationals.
2. We were almost coerced by the restaurant staff for tips on the last day under the garb that their duty hoirs would be over by the time we checked out.
3. We were also coerced by security and bell boys for tips too under the garb that the tips paid at the reception for genral distribution do not reach them. They became grumpy. There must be a proper distribution of tips so that such demands at various points and such unsavoury behaviours are obviated.

The location n size of rooms are good.

Cons:

Our stay was spoiled as the whole hotel was rented by a marriage party. The music and drumming was loud and was played till 1-2 am, because of which we could not get proper sleep for 2 nights. The hotel management should have informed us about the upcoming marriage party. Instead we were asked to pay whole amount at check in, leaving us with no option to change the hotel. We asked to change our room, but the other room was also on the same side as where the party was being held, so it was not a relief for us.In such case the hotel must inform its customers beforehand or offer a discount on room tariff as compensation.
